  • Zero ways to retrieve your LastPass password

How come my bank can retrieve my password if I lose, the government can retrieve my password if I lose it, but you can’t retrieve my password for an app that I paid for???? Thanks for screwing me with my pants on!

I used to have my passwords stored in various spots, but now they’re all in one place. The fact that this app comes with a Chrome extension is the best thing ever. Whenever I create a new account the extension automatically asks if I want to add the new info to LastPass, and I wanna cry with happiness every time it does. Matched with Chrome’s super good password generator, my passwords are now all like Fort Knox. 💯

  • Password Autofill a huge step forward

Apple finally opening up to 3rd party password managers is a huge boost to the usability. There’s a few workflows around saving new sites that I think could be easier but it’s so much better now than a year ago it’s hard to complain.
  • It’s not all good

I constantly battle with issues adding new sites, where the app randomly gets stuck or I fight with the iCloud password feature popping up during the creation process. Very frustrating when it seems not enough testing is done to verify how an app performs. I certainly won’t move past the free version until the stability increases.
