  • No way to pause, no help links

    By Happy Momma 08
It doesn't tell me how long I was asleep for, how much sleep I've gotten so far today, nor how long my sleep cycles are. There's no link to email the company for support. The "help" section only lets you browse topics. There's no pause/awake button. I don't always take my phone with me when I get up at night, so once I leave the room the app thinks I've gone back to sleep. A pause button would solve this. There are no specific details on the graph, such as at what time one actually fell asleep, how long one was in deep sleep, what time one came back up to the wake up level of sleep (my graph looks like I'd been awake for at least a half hour before my alarm went off), nor how long each sleep cycle lasted. I would also like to be able to look at my screen during the night to see what sleep level it is recording me in, to make sure that it knows I'm awake when I get up in the night. There are a few spelling errors throughout the app (such as "you data" instead of "your data"). Besides that, I like it well enough. But with the problems, I'm going to try another sleep app, like "Pillow."

I love this app, I use it all the time when I have to get up early for school! I don’t use any other alarm anymore lol
  • Keeping track of sleep

I usually use my Fitbit but I’m out of town and forgot my charger so I downloaded this app. I am amazed that it does keeps track of my sleep. I am happy using it.
  • Really bummed about the latest UI update

    By ChrisPlz
While I like the stats and journal refresh, I really can’t stand the change to the alarm UI. It’s extremely counterintuitive compared to the old format. The worst thing a sleep app could do is make things more complicated for a user that’s trying to sleep. I HATE this feature. Sometimes I feel like I don’t need it, so I’ll turn it off, but if I want it back on, I have to select one from the list. The old UI was so easy to use, I could toggle sleep aid on and off with a single press, while barely being awake. That’s not possible anymore. Why complicate this feature? What’s the reasoning behind making this harder to use while trying to sleep? There’s also times where I don’t fall asleep before the sleep aid ends. The old UI, again, simple 1 press to turn it back on, new UI? I have to open the list, select none, then select another sleep aid, allllll while I’m trying to fall asleep.

How do I address an issue not covered in the FAQ?
  • Premium expired after 3 months

I paid for the premium, which was an annual subscription, but was told it expired (after about 3 months) and received a message that I had to pay again for the year.
  • Amazing except one thing

    By college trash
I love this app! I bought a new phone back in February and my old sleep app was no longer available so I got this one. This app has been amazing and I use it every night, makes the premium version worth it. The only thing that would make this app better is if I could change the wake up times because every once in awhile I’ll “wake up” and end the cycle on accident and don’t want to add a new day

  • One of the best apps I have

    By alexmaunu
Honestly. It sounds weird, having an app listen to you sleep. But no joke, this app works VERY well. Highly, highly, recommend.
