We’ve used the service for 2 years; we are quite mobile, mainly working in client homes. Pros: ability to recognize incoming business calls from personal; good voicemail system; good call handling and forwarding capability; generally reliable service; reasonable cost. Cons: occasional trouble making outbound calls (calls don’t complete), occasional static on calls, problems transferring calls to private mode from vehicle Bluetooth system, inability to control our caller ID display.
  • Easy, effective 2nd line.

Works for a second business line but, when making calls, it’s like you’re on a long distance line from 1980 - and someone’s making popcorn in the background and crinkling wrappers right next to you. Clients always ask if I’m in a bad area even when I have full bars or am using cellular.
  • Great service

I’ve been using Line2 for a year for my small business. I never had any issues with messaging but all voice calls made or received had terrible audio quality (sounded very tinny, which was also audible to my callers). The worst part about this app is the number of spam calls I received. At least one per day. Very frustrating and overall quite disappointing. I’ve made the switch to Google Voice.

I was happy with the price I’ve purchased for monthly subscription and was completely happy with the features I can access with ease and control at my fingertips!😊🙂

Overall it’s one of my favorite apps to use as a second line but my only complaint is that it’s really slow when it comes to opening text messages and sending them. I don’t know if it’s the app on my processor but I have an iPhone 7 Plus so Aside from sending text messages on this app my phone is lightning fast still to date. I still recommend the app if it’s just for casual use. It beats buying a second phone. Butted if you Frequently text multiple people simultaneously during ur day-to-day than this app won’t keep up with you. Oh and if your phone is on “LOW POWER MODE” you won’t receive ANY notifications if the app isn’t open. (I missed some really important messages that were time sensitive that way) 🤦‍♀️
