  • AT&T GPS APP

This app is no good. Kept on putting my cell number in and waited. Nothing. Did it again and nothing. I was supposed to get a text with a message. Never came in. This app needs to be looked into. Very disappointed with AT&T.

  • Invisible letters

For the past 3 months anytime I type an address in the bar the letters are invisible. When I hit search the app picks up what I typed. But you can’t see if you made a mistake typing. Well you can’t see anything. As I mentioned the letters aren’t there. Just a cursor that moves along as you type. Makes no sense. Why do they try to fix things that aren’t broken?
  • Furious. No support for iPhone 7

AT&T suggested I switch to google maps or wayz, and remove the subscription from my account. I have used this program and paid for it annually for years. It’s the only navigation program I can use because I’m familiar with it and have developed executive function disorder following the horrific death of my beloved husband, so I need GPS just to find places I go often and find it difficult to adapt to other interfaces. I called AT&T support because very recently the text I type in the dialog box doesn’t show as black text but is “invisible.” I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but that didn’t fix the problem. I explained why using a different program would cause me difficulties. The competing apps won’t import the “favorites” saved in AT&T nav. The suggestion to use another service is one of the worst examples of customer service imaginable. I spend close to $400 monthly for AT&T services for me and my kids, but may have to choose a different carrier after using AT&T for well over 7 years.

I am a long time user of Navigator. I love the feature of touching the top button to repeat the instructions! Some times the system doesn't know about road work & could use updating!
  • Very disappointed in AT&T

AT&T has always been a symbol of quality and technical prowess dating back to Bell Labs, but now I am so angry that they are the last to upgrade the compatibility of their apps to new IOS releases by Apple. IOS 11 has been out for sometime now, and there hasn’t been a Navigator update in 10 months. Navigator won’t even launch on my iPhone or iPad with IOS 11.03, and that is not acceptable for an app that costs $10.00 per month and is so critical to daily travel!
  • Too bad

It worked great for 20 minutes then the navigation stopped working as well as the voice. I’ve reset it several times, restarted my phone, etc. It also crashes on OS 11. Waste of time and money.

It's not a free app They want more money for features that you can get for free on any other service don't bother wasting your time downloading this app
