  • Not sure what’s going on

I’ve been using TripCase for about 3-1/2 years now and have been extremely happy with it. However, just recently it keeps deleting a trip I’ve entered probably a dozen times. The trip shows up for an hour or so when I keep going back to check on it, but it eventually disappears. This has been since the most recent couple of updates. My App Store says it just updated again yesterday. I don’t know why it did that because I’m pretty sure I didn’t select automatic updates. None of my other apps are on automatic. It’s discouraging when apps are excellent and then the update lessens its appeal. It happens far too often with my favorite apps. If the problem of my disappearing trip is not resolved soon this will not be in my “favorites” category. Thus, the 4 stars.

Been using this app for the last few years to manage my personal and business travel. I love this app! Great way to keep all of my travel items organized in one place and notify friends/family about itinerary changes as they happen. Hasn't let me down yet. :)

  • A Wealth of Information

I have had better luck with this app notifying me of flight changes than the airline’s own app. It frequently lets me know of gate changes before the airline does.

This app keeps my itinerary, keeps me updated on my flight and gate changes. Connected to other travel apps it has become essencial to my travels. Love and recommend.

  • No way to contact support

There’s NO way to contact support so I am writing this review in hopes that someone at the company will see it. Please provide us access to support. Simply reading through a general questions that other people asked, often does not pertain to the problem you are encountering. For instance, there are glitches with the Apple Watch complication. When expanded it has flight gate info, but on the watch face it says Gate TBD. If I could include screen shots, it would be quick and easy to understand, but again, there’s no way to communicate with support.
  • Best of the Best!

If you’re like me, you’ve seen the various travel management apps and, frankly, they all had positives and negatives. For some time, I had three on my phone, finally narrowing down to two. Then, I had a ridiculous travel day. My starting leg was delayed over two hours, putting my connection out of the question. When I landed, I checked TripCase out of habit and, lo and behold, the system had kept track of my connection and sent updated times for departure. It was delayed and, long story short, I made it because I knew it was still there and what gate to go to. No other app updated, in fact, even the airline app did not track as well as TripCase. Finally, after landing and getting my car, I clicked on the hotel, navigate with Waze and away I went. 100%, this is the best, most complete and easiest app to use. Look no further, this is it.
  • What happened to “weather” ?

I’ve really come to depend on this app over the past several years as I travel extensively. In the past couple of months however, when I try to look at the upcoming weather for cities in my itinerary, I get an error message stating that this feature is no longer supported in my current version of the app. I’m running the current version and would really like this feature restored.
  • Falls short

Unlike Tripit, when I forward an confirmation email from Sheraton to the TripCase import email address, and Tripcase doesn't even recognize it!? The app description was so promising, yet fails at the basics. Seems they are more interested in pushing the services of its partners and affiliates then the consumer.
