  • Update killed app

    By Mjs597
Are used to love this app, but the latest update killed it! The circle just keeps spinning on opening. To the developer, please fix ASAP!
  • Just mediocre at best

    By aglobetrotter
I have been trying for an hour to confirm my hotel in Dublin Ireland on this app. I can’t seem to get it to find a fairly significant hotel… The Marriott… Ha ha. I think it doesn’t like international travel nothing all seem to load. The app just spins.I think this is a case where execution does not meet expectations.
  • Latest update just a blank screen

    By 4DeadJim
Not sure what they did, but the latest update is just a blank screen. No menus, no listing of trips. Is a shame, used to be a handy app for those that travel.
  • Almost perfect

    By Matt Brandon
I love this app. It is my go to app to organize my trips. It puts everything I need in one spot and adds my trips to my calendars. It is super easy to add trips. When the option to send in my itinerary and automatically fill in my details doesn’t work - and sometime it doesn’t - they’ve made it is super easy to add the trips. My only suggestion would be to allow users to access our trips offline. I often find myself in difficult locations like China where I can’t get online to check my trip details. I can’t access the Facebook login or even the internet at times and this means I can’t read my trip details. Please make this data accessible offline. I don’t mind storing my data on my phone.
  • Doesn’t sync!

    By obk1
The watch app doesn’t sync the information with the app on the iPhone. The phone app would show the actual gate number and the delays while the watch would still show TBD for the gate and the original departure time. What’s the point of having a watch app if you still need to look at your phone?
  • Love the app

I definitely love the app. One of my top 8 apps (and I have about 100). You can send your confirmation e-mails from airlines or hotels or travel-related websites to TripCase (from ANY e-mail you have registered with them) and they will upload your itinerary to the app, literally within about a minute. You can combine trips into one trip if you want. My one critique is this: you can label the trips as you wish, and your new label shows up every place but the “carousel view”. I.e. you’ve got a trip planned to several cities in Montana and you want to call it your “Montana” trip, but if you’re flying into Spokane, the trip will still show up as “Spokane” in the carousel view even if you’ve labeled the trip “Montana.”
  • Great App but please fix share trip

    By LottiePlaysGames
Wonderful app - 5 Stars but lost one star because of glitch that won’t allow sharing itineraries and another star because the app hangs now.
  • Terrible at finding locations

    By ttiW nagoL
The function to add an address or search for an address is absolutely terrible. It is not intuitive at all and often says “no results found” if you enter the correct address. Good luck if you want to add an address that is not a major location.
  • Freezes

    By TYWashington
I used to be able to share my trips with people. Now, when I go to share trips, the app completely locks up and almost freezes my entire phone.
  • Very disappointed

    By HH373
Used to love this app but now you can only link a booking made through an approved travel agent -seriously ...??? Who even uses a travel agent anymore? It used to be so simple - just add the booking reference and boom - all the flight details were loaded. Now you have to forward an email from the same email address (so useless if you are a PA or spouse trying to do the setup) or manually add the details - why the huge step back? Very disappointing.
