  • Glitchy...Still no smooth integration with DTV

    The APP has major refresh/crash issues on two consecutive iPhones. You guys have merged for how many years now? Three or so? You’re branding as a telecom/tech company on the cutting edge & you have an app that doesn’t cut it😐😑This is not a good look. I shouldn’t have to go through 3 calls to Manila to add or remove a channel package. C’mon guys...I know you can do better. You owe it to your customers...especially for people like me who’ve stuck w/you for yrs. And would an occasional discount to your loyal customers kill you...You only offer deals as inducements to newbies...makes us loyalists feel taken for granted.

    They overcharge and make sure it’s very hard to pay your bill. I’ve had to add my account to their service 4 times for some reason. AT&T is utter garbage, id switch or choose someone else. Terrible. Awful. They Wouldn’t even have this service in Nazi Germany.

    Customer service is TERRIBLE over the phone, going to a local AT&T provider is even worse. Think about other providers before switching to AT&T. Saving you the frustration & headaches of going through fixing overcharged monthly bills & useless customer service representatives.

    I have a family of 4 and at times all 4 of us are using the WiFi in some form or fashion. We upgraded to the highest speed plan AT&T offers and it cannot handle 4 people using the WiFi at the same time. We have had charter and Comcast in the past and never experienced any problems. This is by far the worst internet we have had in the last 8-10 years. It may be better elsewhere or others may have had better luck with it, but for me and my home and family it is terrible and we will be dropping this service as soon as our contract ends. Just plain awful.
