    This app is horrible. The primary number can’t be corrected so ATT tries to contact you and unable to reach you and you have to have a second number too. What is you only have one number?? Also customer service lies to you about what is going on with your account and they don’t do what you request and apologize constantly instead of fixing the problems.

    My wireless bill wont show up and dealing with Direct TV for the satellite issues has been a complete nightmare. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received and without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

    I’ve not gotten a correct bill in over 2 years . They won’t meet to auto pay but yet they can’t give me my money back when they make mistakes for months at a time..... no way will I do auto pay. They expect you to pay immediately but yet they do not pay you back when they overcharged you for 2 to 4 months. Every time I call it is no less than an hour to two hours I talk to to to for people and not one person will do what they can actually tell you they’re going to do. I have been with AT&T over 20 years and it is the worst company in the world to have to deal with someone on the phone or on chat on line one knows what they’re doing. They will ask you for a number that they can get in touch with you in case you get disconnected which I have been several times and not one person has ever called me back when I was disconnected I have to call them back and start all over again talking to 2 to 4 people about the same thing. I am researching other companies. I have already dropped their TV service because of them double charging me for four months and I still can’t get anyone to help me when it’s obvious it’s in black-and-white you can see I was overcharged. THE STRESS IS NOT WORTH IT.

    I just got off of the phone with customer service speaking to someone who clearly didn’t have command of the English language. When someone from within the USA calls customer service, why on earth do you insist on pairing them with a non-English speaking person? Although the individual I spoke with knew English words, she didn’t readily understand and spent extended periods on hold discussing the conversation with a third person. When a call evolves into that situation, why not have someone else take over the call to remedy the situation. Obviously, I will have to wait until regular weekday working hours to contact a competent English speaking customer service agent to try to resolve my predicament. Thanks a lot Direct TV.

    The AT&T app is glitchy, unresponsive, complicated, and tricky to use. I recommend some SERIOUS upgrades so that managing my account and the app isn’t so tedious. AT&T is also a ridiculous company, overcharging and never compensating for their mistakes. Seriously considering leaving AT&T for their poor customer support, bad service, and inability to stick to their word.
  • Bad customer service

    I had an upgrade on my mom’s cell phone and we paid it off completely that day. 4 days later I returned it the clerk was very good and returned the cell phone and I had the charges reverse to the credit card. To my surprise they charged the phone to my att account. I had tried to get the charges reverse and att refused to issue a credit even though I returned the cell phone. I no longer have it on my possession and made me pay for it again.

    The app is very slow to load pages most of the time. It would be great to be able to pay my Direct Tv bill on the app as well instead of having to go to the website. That’s a huge pain!!
