    Unresponsive. Takes forever to load any page. Unintuitive user experience design. This app has been consistently bad since I’ve downloaded it.
  • Billing is More Confusing than IRS Rules

    Sure it’s nice that AT&T has a mobile app, but the only thing this does well is allow you to see your data usage. The billing is complex and convoluted and a total joke. It truly feels like they try to make it hard for you to see where all the charges are coming from, and the app does nothing to change that. The sooner that everybody is forced to copy the simplicity of T-Mobile, the better. T-Mobile has already forced all of the carriers to go to unlimited data. Now they just need to force everybody to go to simplified and easy to understand billing.

    The most recent version of the application does not allow me access to view my account information. No one has been able to fix this issue so I don’t have any online features available to me.

    I like the convenience of paying my bills on my phone and checking balances. But the app doesn’t notify when bills are due. Also, it doesn’t combine multiple bills. I have all my notification settings turned on, but there is never a notification, or red dot, when it is time to pay the bill, or something is coming due. With various bills on various apps all coming due at various times, I really need an alert that it is time to pay the bill.

    I was in the middle of a billing issue with chat support and the app would log me out by itself in the middle of receiving help. When I would log back in the chat session would have to be started over from scratch and I would have to explain the issue I had again. Happened 3 times within an hour of almost receiving the info I needed to get things sorted out, but due to auto log out I never received an answer to my issue. So now I have to wait until the morning to call or visit a store to get the information I was seeking. Not a great experience as a customer when dealing with the stability of the app itself.

    It don’t work. When I leave the house and try to use it, I bring up the app and once it is loaded I get a message recorder not found. Very annoying. It has done this since my last service call by phone. Over the phone he fixed another problem. I also think someone came out. I am not happy with my Directv. I don’t like it being fixed by phone. My daughter usually comes over to our house and calls for me. I am 76 yrs and very short with patient. I prefer to call a business and they send out a technician. Can you send help?
