    My phone hasn’t been working like it used to since I updated my plan to unlimited. I’ve currently only used 7GB, so it’s not that I’ve used too much. When I tried to report/troubleshoot the problem using the app, it is no help. It keeps asking me to login, even though I was already logged in (making it difficult hoping I give up). Then it redirects me to a blank screen without helping. If I pay more for a better service, I better get it. This kind of thievery would never go unpunished in the real world, but since it’s all online and ATT owns everything, there’s nothing I can do. And to make it worse, I don’t have proof, so I’m left screwed with this crap service. You guys have the ability to make this right, and to provide good service for a reasonable price. I suggest you do so before ending up with a class action lawsuit.

    App is Updated - Paid Bill on 14th - Still Showing Me My Statement Balance. However when I Log onto my Acc Online its Up to date Also - I Had to Have ATT Credit My Bill for Overcharging Me and It DID NOT Show The Amount I Was Supposed to be Charged Here on Out for Each Phone On My Acc. If They Dont Get it together here i will soon delete Also Theres No Way to Change your Bill Due Date On the Phone .. What Good is The App ?

    This is awful. I have been on the phone over an hour with two assistants. The terms are not defined, they are contradictory, and impossible. How AT&T can produce such a messed up application is beyond me. I am technically a proficient person but this is crazy. Poor tech support.

    I’m sure the app functions at some level but if it won’t let me enter my password, ie. It doesn’t open the keyboard so I can enter it, then it’s worthless to me...

    ATT is terribly disorganized. They don’t care about the customer that’s why it is impossible to speak to anyone. If you plan to speak to a human, be prepared to block put an hour of your life that you will NEVER get back. I hate this company
