  • I love this app

I love this app so much I bought the premium subscription and it’s helped me tremendously with all the insights into my eating habits. BUT now with the latest update I cannot get it to work with my Apple Watch. I’ve tried everything and it won’t work. That cuts it’s accuracy down a lot and is not making me a happy uses anymore
  • I like the app but have problems

The nutritional function don’t seem to be working. It doesn’t show the percentages of carbs, fats and protein. I’m not sure how to fix and would like to be able to contact support in the app but I don’t see any way to do that.
  • It the only thing that has worked for me!

It doesn’t matter what kind of diet you’re following, calories are what matter for weight loss. You could be eating keto, low-carb, low sugar, or the endless choices of diet plans out there, but ultimately what matters for weight loss is how much energy you’re taking in (calories) and how much energy you’re using. This is the first time I’ve actually tried the Lose It! app and have stuck with it consistently in combo with daily exercise. Keeping a log on my calories gives me the perimeters to stay within instead of just guessing. If I really want that drumstick ice cream cone at the end of the day, I know I’m going to eat a little less calories for lunch or dinner, and I may work out a little longer at the gym that day. I love when I add in exercise the calorie count immediately zooms backwards which means I can eat a more and still stay within my calorie limit amount for the day. If I didn’t have this app I don’t think I’d be progressing at all. I’ve lost 6 lbs already. I’m glad I payed for the full version, and not just using the free version anymore. I had the free version for a few years and I never really stuck with it. Now I am using it consistently every day, and I absolutely would recommend it to anyone who is serious about changing their lives and trying to lose weight once and for all. Even if it’s just 20 lbs you want to lose, it will help you meet your goals so much easier and make you see how much food is too much for your goals. I was eating pretty much the the same size meals as my 285 pound husband! But I’m 5’0” tall! I should not be eating that much! Using this app was a wake up call and has taught me so much about eating for weight loss.

I have been so impressed with this app. My grandson and his buddy have lost 50 pounds and 80 pounds respectively. They have encouraged me to use this app as I have 20 pounds to lose. This gives me food awareness and the ability to plan ahead effectively.

Lose it is a great way to track calories. I notice when I don’t mark my calories I tend to not lose weight.
  • I love this app!!!

This app is super easy to use! I’ve only been eating healthy and working out for a little over 3 months now, but using this app has helped me keep track of my weight loss. It gives me a simple outline of how many calories I should be eating, and gives me a chart to show my weight loss progress. I love this app and have already recommended it to my closest friends, family, and co-workers. I’ve lost over 20lbs in 2 months!!! Hard work, dedication and this app will get you looking the way you want in no time!

I am losing weight. Tracking my meals, beverages, and all items that I put in my mouth... gum, candy, sweets, nuts, if it goes in I track it. I use only the basic app. it always wants me to go premium. I have not. After I hit a goal I wish certain other “ special areas or the premium areas would open. To give me a reward. I am thankful to be losing the weight.

  • Lose It is great and simple to use

I find this app much easier to use than My Fitness Pal especially with recipes. There are a few quirks but overall it is flexible and easy.
