    So I deleted the app on accident and tried signing in again and came up with “This account already exist” and I was like. “Uhhh... becouse that’s my account!!” So yeah I’m not getting this app again. It’s also very sad becouse this is a good app... so i will give it a star extra
  • Keeping me on track

    I set a goal to change my habits with two leading indicators eat less and exercise more. Lose it is a great app for tracking calories, water and exercise. Down 16 lbs. in less than 30 days. Get the premium, it’s worth it. Track it everyday and you will lose it!!

    I have tried sooooo many diets and this is the first time that I have been able to see real results. 27 lbs in three months! The simplicity of logging your food and the guided plan makes it seems so easy that I am not sure how I could never lose the weight before. I did struggle whether to give this 5 stars because the food database is a bit difficult to sort through (because users can enter food to the database ) but decided that the value of having so many foods available to choose from when logging far outweighs the annoyance at trying to figure out which one to choose. Better to have too much data than none. Thank you Lose it! I feel amazing!

    Really helps accountability when it comes to showing yourself what you have eaten. And has the tech to scan food so you don’t have to find it, but if you did need to search for the exact food, they have it!
  • No metric for many foods

    I weigh my food in grams, not ounces. Some foods I try to enter in grams, like Wheat Chex cereal, do not have that option. Have switched back to My Fitness Pal as it is far more flexible in both food entry and exercise entry.

    I love this app. Here is why it’s so simple. I literally scan the foods bar code and it logs it for me. If I am eating out? It usually has the restaurant, (Major chains) items already in the system. I track my weight too. It takes hardly any time and also breaks down my fat vs carbs vs protein. For free. It helps keep me completely on track

    Enjoy this app. Very easy to use and love that I can link my Fitbit. I use it to track my sodium intake. Wish I could track my potassium too. I would give it another star if I could.
