    I love all of these workouts, but tracking them in the both the BodyBuilding App and in this ones proves difficult. You can't track weight weights in this. Also the YouTube videos don't play. I get an error Everytime.

    This program is a nice change from just doing high weight/ low reps or low weight high reps. It builds to higher weight with less rest and keeps your heart rate up if you stick to the guidelines. I skip some of the rest days and add in focus on specific muscle groups those days with some cardio. Really enjoying the program.
