    I send questions and inputs and they never answer. I am satisfied with hardware, not so much with software. ,I have not, nor will buy cloud service given the bad customer experiences I have heard here. I definitely like the little stand alone cameras, but why do I have to have all of them in the same account? I want to have some cameras in separate accounts so I can share independently. Why do they have to be in the same account? Incomplete product that needs to be upgraded to offer more options in software and camera management. I am also using cameras without cloud service, no se card. That’s the best way. I check events daily. It’s not a sturdy system.
  • Worst tech support ever

    I have been writing back and forth for over a week to resolve what seems to be two simple issues. I had a guy by the name of Tyler handle the problem and by far the worst support ever. I have a chan of over 15 emails and still no support. I stoped getting notifications after a week of having the app and cameras. The second was I did the free trail on on of the cameras and decided to go ahead and purchase the seven day motion detection cloud recording for up to five cameras and only one camera is recording to the cloud. I wrote many emails and the only guidance I got was to sign in and out and see if that works. The other steps where not even possible through the app or desktop. I will be returning this merchandise and putting a dispute with my credit card to get my money back from the useless subscription. I even sent in screen shots of the issue and the “tech” support asked me the same question I have answered four emails back. Huge waste of my time and money garbage cloud service and the worst tech support I have ever dealt with. I even asked to see if I could speak with a different person or even over the phone and Tyler the tech support guy just have me steps on how to cancel my subscription with them. I wish I had his supervisors email to forward all the information the them and see the subpar support he offers.

  • Motion detection issues

    The app for the camera is great and was working correctly but now I can not look at past feed on the camera and cannot rewind to look at stuff that may have happened over night. I don’t know if it’s a setting that is off on mine or if something needs to be updated on this app.
  • Alerts stop working

    Have an iPhone 7 with latest iOS and alerts stopped working with update. Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling camera is right next to router. I never had a problem with alerts before the Lite update please fix ASAP.

    Very happy with this Security Camera and all it has to offer. I spent a lot of time reviewing different cameras and I’m very glad I settled on this one. The picture clarity is amazing. The set up was simple and quick. High marks for YI Dome Camera! I will be adding more YI cameras to the set up.
