Go buy a coffee with the money instead. Was so excited to be able to leave my phone home on walks and still listen to podcasts but I was only able to download one podcast and now each time I try I just get an error message that “something’s wrong with this episode” no matter what podcast I try to download.

Can I give zero stars? Just like everyone else...podcasts take hours to download (sometimes get close to 100% then suddenly back to 0%) then you can’t even listen to them once downloaded.
  • Waste of Money! Doesn’t work!

This is the biggest waste of money because the app doesn’t do its soul purpose...download podcasts to your phone. I’ve tried several times to download podcasts following the instructions...the download percentage increases but never completes. I have not once had a complete download on any podcasts since purchased.
  • Painfully Slow and frustrating

The user interface of the app is fine and it’s relatively easy to use, but the podcasts take forever to download (sometimes an hour or more). In addition the download progress indicator fluctuates frequently so it’s hard to tell how much has actually downloaded. Some have said that the reason for the slowdown loads is because of the watch itself and not because of the app, but either way, it makes this app virtually useless. You have to plan what podcasts you want to listen to well in advance if you want to have them sent to your watch in time for you to use them.
  • Refund please!

The concept is great. It's actually why I bought this 3rd generation apple watch. Go running or work out with no phone. But podcasts take forever to download if even at all. Some times after if fully downloads. I will go back the next day and somehow it's asking me to download again. WtH! I wish I could get a refund. You might be better off waiting till apple brings their own podcasts app to the Apple watch.
  • Premature app out in the wild

This app's overall operation suggests it-is not yet ready. The transfer of Podcasts are painfully slow & often fail to complete. Apparently this could be due to shortcomings of the SDK, yet such is not disclosed within the App's description.
  • Waste of my hard earned money that my wife makes

Made the mistake of paying for this. Don’t make the same mistake that I and many others have. Save yourself from this app. Run!! Run in the opposite direction! Don’t get sucked into it’s vortex of lies! Spend your $3 on a trendy fanny pack and keep your iPhone in it. Problem solved. Plus all the ladies will notice how savvy you are. At least until cargo shorts come back in style. In all reality DaddyCast should take MiniCast out to the wood shed and straighten him out. But of course MommyCast has problems with this. She coddles MiniCast. Because of this MiniCast will never know the true meaning of the word “work”. So in summary, keep pampering your precious MiniCast and I’ll go buy myself a two zipper, multi-pocket, extra slim belt fanny pack.
