The D-Link cameras constantly disconnect. It’s not my internet either. I tried it at a friends house. And one of my cameras quit working altogether
  • Please accept legal only once

The app has been really good, fairly user friendly did take a little bit to learn how to set up recording rules but I eventually figured it out, but at least once a day I have to accept the legal stuff before I can access the app features, never had this with any other app, can you please update so that you only have to accept once.
  • So many issues

The concept is nice and when the app works, it’s great. That being said, you get a bunch of “Loading”, Video stream lost, automated recording shuts off on it’s own and every time you restart the app (you have to because it’s so bad), you have to accept some agreement and if you accidentally hit the “decline” (which is just below the check mark you have to hit) you have to sign in again. That last part is just a small annoyance but the app needs to be updated

I like the quality of the camera but it takes to long to get into the app.
  • Worse

What has to be done always to log on. Just to see the cameras you have to agree with the app then put in password. After you look at another app and you want to look at the cameras again you have to fully log on again. Also again agree with terms of service.
  • Crapware that will waste your evening

I’m a CTO. I’ve setup many devices and many networks. But this app, with my new D-Link home security camera have just used my entire Sunday evening trying to get this thing configured and connected. Avoid at all costs. This is absolute garbage.

  • Great so far, but slow

Firstly, my camera is great. Detailed with night vision too. Love that I can talk through it. The problems I have though involve the app. Every time I open it, it asks me to accept terms. It also is slow when moving around. Not in speed, but in the way that it lags and freezes. Still a great camera and purchase though, just think the app lags too much
