    Does this app work on iPad? I have the app on my cell phone and it works fine but somehow it will not let me sign into the app via my iPad

    Before you waste a bunch of time downloading the app and creating a profile, and because they don’t list this ANYWHERE until you’ve already gone through the trouble, this app IS NOWHERE NEAR FREE! Actually, it’s quite expensive.

    I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before, but this app and Anna Victoria and her team have changed my life (literally). I had been yo-yo dieting and flip-flopping with different ineffective workout plans for years until I got this app last June (2018). I have lost 0 (ZERO) pounds. And I’m thrilled about it!!! I realized through her message and all the guidance she gives through her app and social media that fitness is not about weight, it’s about nourishing yourself (body and mind) and moving your body. This app gives you every tool you need to face fitness head on. It provides you with an accurate macro breakdown (hard to find one that doesn’t give you unrealistically low or high numbers), easy to follow meal plan, convenient grocery list including all the ingredients needed for that weeks meals, three different exercise program options with different goals for each of them, and video guidance on all things fitness, mental wellbeing, how to work through struggles with your fitness journey, and food guidance. Such a reasonably priced app for all that you get. Amazing, kind, and prompt team that has fixed every tiny glitch I’ve had within 24 hours of me letting them know about it (shoutout to Sara). I could go on and on. If you’re looking for something that spells it out for you, with a community that holds you accountable without guilting you when you slip up, this is it.

    I love this app! The app has three workout programs that are so thoughtful and really have helped me to get stronger (even as an experienced lifter!). I feel confident in my meal plan and know I am fueling my body to help reach my goals, and can’t wait to see where the app takes me! I recommend the app every time someone asks what I do in the gym 💪 Thanks so much, Anna!

    I can’t say enough good things about this app! Three different programs available each with three different levels. Meal program has so many good recipes and easy to switch out. Best fitness app I’ve ever tried!!
  • LOVE!! My favorite app!!

    I can’t rave enough about this app - it’s truly the best workout app for several reasons. Very user friendly with 3 specific workout types (sculpt, shred, and tone) and 3 different levels (beg., interm., adv.) that you can choose from, so whatever is right for your fitness goals and needs. I LOVE that I can do every workout from the comfort of my home (I’m on week 11 of Tone with the intermediate option). The cardio components done 3x/week (grouped with the core circuits) specify what the intensity of your workout should be (low, high, etc) and how to achieve this, though you have the flexibility to do whatever kind of cardio you want! About 2 months into the program I started seeing changes in my body, I feel stronger, I’ve lost weight, and all my clothes is considerably looser! There’s also “guidance videos” that explain and address a multitude of workout/health/fitness related topics - very helpful. And on top of all that - the app customizes your macros AND meal plans based off your age, weight, goals, etc. Also includes vegetarian and vegan options. And anytime I’ve had a technical issue, customer service has been great. Anna Victoria has changed the game with this app and I could not be more grateful - worth every penny!!!

  • Liking it so far but room for improvement!

    UPDATED: I have been using the app for 8 weeks now! I love the workouts overall and have stuck with them. Unfortunately as much as I have wanted to follow the meal plan section it just isn’t that helpful. The weekly grocery list feature is nice but doesn’t tell you the amount you need for each item, so you still have to go back through and add it up yourself. Sometimes there are also ingredients left off the list which is very frustrating. Ex: week 8’s list doesn’t have beets listed. For the most part I’ve been really enjoying the workout side of the app but haven’t been using the other features. —— I had Anna’s previous FBG workouts and was considering downloading the app for a while. I saw the Black Friday sale and took advantage of it. I had some issues with payment and accessing the app but customer service was very quick to respond and fix it for me. Pros: I am really enjoying the app so far. I can screen mirror on my amazon smart TV at home and it’s so easy to follow along with the videos. It’s also great to have custom macros calculated out for you and for each meal , and I love the grocery list feature. Cons: The app has been a little glitchy for me . Some of the workout videos didn’t load so I was left guessing what I should be doing/what the form should look like. Would be nice to have an option to progress through all 3 circuits and then repeat, vs. repeating each circuit 3x and then going to the next. As another user mentioned it would also be helpful to know the amounts of items to get at the grocery store vs having it just say the item name. The rehab aspect of the app w/ stretching and foam rolling is very important however I find that it is lacking. I wish the search functionality was better so you could search by body part or at least upper/lower body and just stretching vs. just foam rolling. It would make more sense to just keep the video on repeat vs playing for a few seconds and stopping. Really excited to see what the next update in December will bring!
