    This app is a waste of money. I am trying to open the app and it shows me the open screen for 2 seconds and the app closes itself. Don’t waste your money. Disappointing and dissatisfied!!! I requested my money back 2 months ago, please contact me with the status.

    Every time I try to open the app it immediately closes. I have deleted it and reinstalled it several times with the same result. I’m very disappointed as I’ve paid for a membership that I’m now not able to use.

  • I can’t “complete” a run?

    As others have said, if you switch apps or answer a text mid run, you can’t open your run back up. I saw it still “running” on the bottom of the screen, but it was locked? So I can’t open it back up to complete my run? Other than that, I’m loving the app.
  • App Constantly Crashes

    I’ve been using the app since January. I am a paid premium member. It worked wonderfully for these past two months, until this past week and a half. Recently, the app crashes as soon as it is opened. I’ve tried opening and closing the app. I’ve tried deleting and then reloading the app. That worked a couple times for a one time run. The next day, it would begin the problem again. When I did this, it would delete the progress I had made. Today, nothing has worked. The $40 I’ve spent on an app for it not to work is rather disappointing and frustrating. I have since deleted the app and will not be using it again. Avoid this app. This problem has persisted too long for it not to have some sort of quick fix.

    It’s a basic app that tracks distance, tells you when to run and when to walk. It crashes all the time, if you leave the app it will continue to run in background but good luck getting it to open back up to track your run or be able to finish it. So I have to leave it open the entire time I’m running and not answer any calls or change music or else I’ll never get it back correctly. Also when I finish my run it says “complete” and seems to save the run because the next workout comes up on my list (the next day’s run). However, every single day I get a notification from the app that says “you haven’t run in 5 days” or “6 days”...etc when I literally ran the day before (I run almost every day using the app). And the app “support” is a joke. Don’t count on getting any help there. Not a good app and doesn’t do what it says it does
