You can categorize tasks based on their status or on whom they’re assigned to. To update the status or change assignments, just drag and drop tasks between columns. -- Visibility -- The My Tasks view provides a comprehensive list of all your tasks and their status across all your plans. When working together on a plan, team members always know who is working on what. -- Collaborate -- Built for Office 365, Planner lets you work together on the same tasks, attach captured photos directly to them, and even have conversations around tasks without switching between apps. • Muy útil que esta con 365. Pero le falta diseño

    By Aaawaaa
La parte de diseño y experiencia del usuario no está tan bien logrado. Espero lo mejoren pronto.
  • It’s fine, but not as good as competition.

I know some people like buckets, but that's a preference. I find buckets difficult to navigate and irritating to manage. A simple list would do wonders.
  • Export

No way to export to Excel or Word
  • Great Idea. Needs some TLC

Literally will not let me do anything. Flakiest app I have ever experienced. :/ But a fantastic idea! I hope they work the issues out.
  • MS Planner

    By yooper717
Super easy to use! Still waiting to hear about the recurring tasks enhancement which is a must and is the only caveat I see so far, but still willing to adopt using it, because Microsoft is bound to correct it soon, if MS Planner is to survive.
  • Boundaries

I am all about bringing my talents and abilities to my employer, but Microsoft obviously doesn’t understand the separation of family life, and employment time. I don’t need planner reminding me of things due “soon” (meaning next week) on family time. Thanks, but no thanks.
  • Ridiculous

Couldn’t even access the app because I needed a school or business email domain. Great for us, the freelancers, yes I use my gmail for work...
  • Missing search capabilities

    By omar meza
    Unable to search properly
  • Great start, needs more

    By Bnire
This app has great potential. The mobile app really needs to have functionality to search your cards/tasks. It is way too challenging to navigate through and find exactly where that card you are looking for is located. Easier navigation/scrolling and zooming in and out like Trello allows would be VERY helpful. Not being able to view very much on mobile, navigate through lists easily or search on mobile makes it really difficult to make the switch from Trello. Also email to board functionality would be helpful.
  • Keep the updates coming!

We could use checklist being added to the create task flow.
