  • how do i contact britbox support?

    By iphoneuser12345678987654321
I added many shows to my watchlist then went to select one to begin watching. My watchlist appears to be empty. I need to know how to find the content of my watchlist.
  • Good but subtitles rubbish

    By Oakwater baby
I think it’s great, BUT....i don’t know who they use for writing the subtitles. Thet must use pidgin english phonetics. For example, campanology becomes camper knowledge, O-levels (exams) becomes who levers etc. I could go on, and on, and on. It grieves me really. An American with little or no knowlege of English lifestyle will not be able to understand the programme fully. Unfortunately, the same things happen with subs on aired channels, e.g. PBS, as well.
  • Crashing

    By Kroberson
App crashes while watching a show every so often.
  • Love Britbox!

    By RenZelda-336
Yes it's a quirky App, but I love love love the shows!!! Can't beat the great content!! You have to work around all the App inconsistencies and just try to enjoy some of the great British mysteries and excellent dramas and comedies available! (What could ever be funnier than "Father Ted"???) Please Britbox, help us all by fixing some of the App problems? But please continue the great outstanding British shows!)
  • App is great

    By JSONT71
It’s odd how so many people are experiencing problems. The app works great on my iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. All the programs I enjoy watching are available. There are a few that only have clips so I’m hoping they will be available soon.
  • I love it ! Works fine.Enjoy shows.😊👍😉

    Love BritBox!
  • Too Frustrating

    By Drew722
We tried it for a few months and found it very frustrating. It would often buffer sometimes barely able to stream even old, low resolution shows. We have a 1Gbit internet connection and Netflix or Amazon prime never pauses. A couple times we switched to a very low quality YouTube version of an episode just to finish. Such wonderful shows but the app (or, more likely, the server setup) just isn’t worth the trouble.
  • Crash. Crash. Crash

    By Aimless is more
I can only see a ten minutes of a show before it crashes. No matter what I am watching it on. Also, have your developers EVER used a streaming app? This is horribly designed, but I signed up anyway because you have the shows I am craving. But even I am not masochistic enough to keep trying to use your service. It is as if someone made this app for an iPhone from 2009, when expectations were not so high. You have a great catalog. Save face and let someone else stream it. You are terrible.
  • I like this app

    By Maggie May 70
I like British tv. I think the Brits have better trained actors/actresses as well as better programming. I just hope the US isn’t successful in seeing the rubbish we have for tv here to the British.
  • Love content, but...

    By lindablue66
We are in our first week of using the app. It has many shows I love. But: I paused a show for too long. It crashed the app. So rebooted the Ipad and app started. But it will not let me sign in, tells me I am not in America or Britain. Oregon is in the USA. I can sign in with the browser and watch. There is no support line or webpage. Just the FAQ. Gotta love BBC.
