Prudential Retirement App Reviews

  • Waste of a download

    By HeartLyn23
I see more with chrome or safari than with his app. All it lets me see is my contribution rate, account balance, and minimal other info. I was expecting to be able to see all the details and transactions. Better to just see it on the mobile website because the app is useless.
  • No TouchID

    By Jenn_in_Austin
App makes you log in with credentials every time; easier to log in from an computer.
  • Worst app ever

    By Eriaka4me$
Prudential with the amount of money they charge for transaction should have the best team working on improvements. I could not even change my investment options from my mobile device. Fidelity is much better then this.
  • No function

    By jsdhrhejoaokwbbd
App does nothing but tell you to go to the full functioning website
  • Not Touch ID Capable

    By x gen guy
Does not have Touch ID capability or at least remember the user name and PW so you don’t have to look it up every time you want to log in. Seems like these are features found in the most basic of apps.
  • Bad!

Worst application ever ! Very unprofessional investment company! Always have problems with their website ! UPS should of never used them for my 401k holdings!
  • Can’t get past T&Cs

    By forgetmenotblues
You can’t even log in. The app kicks you to the T&Cs ad nauseum until you log off or close the app. Not worth the hassle.
  • Terrible

    By mjsm60
I cannot believe this is the best Prudential can put forth in terms of an app to view retirement accounts. Pitiful. Half the time you can’t get in, the other half it doesn’t remember your credentials and you have to go through security questions. Might as well delete.
  • Does not remember user

    By Cantbebeaten
May 2018- still no fix for iPhone login. Ugly pointless interface after login. No manageability for your account.
  • App terrible website terrible

    By Kghenry
I can’t view my finances ever! The app always states its “temporarily down” and when I went to log into the website it also stated that “At this time we cannot access your information. We anticipate this to be a minimal delay, so please try again shortly.” I have never had issues with Fidelity! And here app works flawlessly to! I wish my workplace had never switched to this terrible place.
