I Open the app and my phone becomes unusable. I have to power it down to get the crashing cycle to stop. Garbage.

I go online to update secondary beneficiaries from 2 kids to 3, but the web site won’t let me change percentages from 50-50 to 1/3 each, then I get an error message saying I need to update the percentages when I try to save my changes so far. Okay let me download the app they’re advertising on the site — maybe I can do it there! I download it, and try to log in. The app then sends me to safari to verify and log in there. Then I get a pop up message saying I can’t login there I have to go to the prudential website (aren’t I already there?!). What a joke! Fix this!

This App is much improved now, compared to when I started using it several months back, but it still missing some important features like being able to see dividends & capital gains posted / reinvested etc.

I read the reviews and downloaded anyway since it apparently got a total revamp a month ago. Looks like the same stuff in a different package I guess. Can only change contribution rate,a simple percentage number for performance changeable by time base up to 2yrs and a listing of current funds and holdings etc.. is all you get. No real substance, still a joke of an app for such a large company it seems. Let’s be honest though, their website is pretty limited as well. Since we don’t have a choice due to employer I guess they figure screw it,they’ll get what we give em.
  • Cannot Gain Access

New app requests that I update my profile settings before use and transfers me to a login page through safari. Attempts to login through this page are unsuccessful because it thinks I’m still using the app. So I close the app and log in online using my safari webpage bookmark. I don’t receive any notifications asking me to update any personal settings but I access that info page and change one thing just to show an “update.” Attempt to log back into the app and receive the same error notification asking me to update my profile settings. Deleted the app - total garbage.

It keeps sending you a message saying, to go into your account and update your information. Well it doesn’t walk you through it and even if u update your information it will give you the same message next time you try to use the app. A total waste of app.

Can’t access any of my info. I downloaded “new” version and get a pop-up telling me to upgrade and u can’t get past this; so I click on it and it brings me to another login page which then tells me it doesn’t recognize my password. P.O.S. Makes me want to scream!!!!!!!

I was hoping I could use this app to replace the Prudential employees in Scranton PA who are incapable of managing my accounts. No such luck. This app is horrible.

I appreciate being able to see my account balance at the touch of a finger.
