You can go at your own pace or follow our weekly scheduled calendar: 2 days focusing on Butt and Legs 2 days focusing on Cardio and Abs 1 day of an Upper Body Circuit 1 day of a Full Body Circuit Each day you have 3 different circuits to complete, ranging from 30-50 minutes. The Cardio and Ab days are longer as you will be doing 30 minutes of cardio for those days plus a core strengthening circuit. The Daily Fit Girl App is offered as a 7 day free trial and then will continue as a subscription length of one month and billed at $14.99/mth USD. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions lengths will auto-renew each month for a one month period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the $14.99/mth USD renewal. Subscriptions to the The Daily Fit Girl App may be managed by yourself as a user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.     You need this app! I have followed Daily Fit Girl on Instagram for a long time for workout inspiration, and am so excited this app is finally here. Workouts are easy to follow and leave you feeling like you kicked butt in your workout. Even if you are new to the gym or just want to work out at home there are ideas for everything. I love that I can track my progress in the app, and stay motivated to work out even when days are too busy to get to the gym.

    Bodyweight exercises are my favorites! I wanted a workout that I can do in my own time at my own place. I also wanted something that would really help develop my glutes. This app is heaven sent! I've been following The Daily Fit Girl's exercises on YouTube. They're very easy to follow and this app has made it even easier, and more personalized. Very straightforward too with the photos and vid. Anyone can follow, from beginner to advanced. I've started on my 12 wk program and now my bum is sore! I love it! Excited to continue with this journey with The Daily Fit Girl!

    There is no doubt there are a lot of workout apps out there. And how do you know what's a good one? You read the reviews! I'm one reviewer here to tell you this app is worth the money!! The workouts are quick, simple and target areas of your body that only after a few weeks - really start to show signs of more tone. It's about sequencing and targeting muscles - so I'm 20 mins you have your targeted workout for the day. I kept thinking during the workouts - this seems easy - and the next day would really feel it. Follow the Daily Fit Girl Method and you'll see the results you've always known where possible!

    I am obsessed with this work out app! I've been following the daily fit girl on Instagram for years and I have purchased some of her work out plans. As a busy women I find it tough to find time to get to the gym everyday. I set up a little space in my house for my daily fit girl work outs and it's perfect! This app has a variety of work outs and they are explained very well. Perfect for beginners who need explanation and also perfect for established gym rats that need that extra kick! The daily fit girl is seriously the best work out app I have ever purchased and I highly recommend it for people who need motivation and a great sweat! The best way to get the best body of your life!
