    I love love love the 6 keys theory and i love the way Jillian created an app to allow us the ability to live the 6 keys through food and exercise. So so so so cool!! I love the ability to have options with both the workouts and the food plan!!

    I love how the exercise routine is different every day. I also love how I can edit the moves if needed. The only thing I struggle with is the amount of moves in a plank like position. My wrists start to hurt pretty badly and I can’t do the move as well as I’d like to.

    Love the app and the variety of workouts. Being able to customize and swap out an exercise is great. In the past I did my own thing and then tried Making the Cut book and got into great shape. Moved cities and crazy life and couldn’t get into a gym space. Remembered the great results from the book and so I signed up for this app and I’m back into the most amazing shape again. I’ve worked out for years and know what I’m doing in a gym but Jillian has mastered the art of creating a fitness program that gets me the results I can’t seem to get on my own. Meal plan I would love an update on recipes perhaps more seasonal as I’m vegan and often eating what’s in season and local. It’s been the same recipes for a while and autumn greens soup and pumpkin soup coming up in April. Please more amazing recipes! Thanks Jillian and team!

    I love this it really keeps me motivated throughout the whole workout and it feels great. I just wish it was a lot more cheaper. I’d be great to get more than one workout for free.
  • Some improvements could be made

    I like the app so far but I would love to see some improvements/changes. 1. Add a calendar/roadmap for the programs. I would love to know when choosing a program what I’m in for as far as how many days per week I’ll workout and the breakdown of days (strength, cardio, rest). 2. The app claims to pull info from other apps but I don’t think it actually does (like the I ate something else pull it off of MFP just opens MFP but doesn’t bring in any food). 3. It says you can play your own music with other apps, but I can’t get that to work and when I try, everything is silent. I turned music on my phone on and that shut off all of her cues. There has to be a way to let me play my music but still hear the cues. 4. I would LOVE if you could add some or all of her pre-app DVD workouts to this. If I’m going to pay a monthly/quarterly/yearly subscription, I wish I had access to her entire library. I already own like 10 of her DVDs, and I find them more motivating (she doesn’t yell in the app 😂), but the app is much more convenient. A combo of both would be perfect!

    I love her workouts, but this app is annoying. Just give us a straight 30 minute workout. This 25 second and switch to another exercise without instruction before is annoying. There’s no room for error. Fix this and I may have stayed a member.
  • Works you harder than you think

    I’ve used the bodybuilding app which is good for weights, but a 45 min workout on there doesn’t wear me out like a 30 min workout on here. Beyond worth the $$!!!
  • Waste of three month fee!

    Couldn’t access the program for the entire quarter! When I’d try to access or download a workout - I just got a spinning hour glass. No response when I emailed for support! However I did get plenty of emails when it was time to renew plan! 🤬
