Great game👍 but there's a problem where everytime i start the game a cache problem pops out and i always have to wait about 5 minutes before i can start to play 😭
  • Same all, same all

You will never get a 5* unit unless you spend lots of money. Up until today I’ve drawn close to 250 units spending 30 saint quarts per 10 units. Never, not even once I got a 5* unit... only 5*craft essences which are worthless...
  • I bought quartz and I didn’t receive them

Can I have my money back
  • Yes the gacha is bad, but...

It’s still a good game. You don’t need 5* or even 4* servants to do all the game has to offer. The tutorial summon gives you a guaranteed 4* from a limited selection that includes the best berserker in the game (Heracles). Honestly after playing it for 3 months and seeing all the content they have lined up for the next 2 YEARS, I’m convinced it’s the best mobile game out at the moment if you’re looking for a long term investment.
  • Good game...

The game is fun, it’s great, BUT the pulling system or gacha pulls are so rigged. Like why have essence with servant cards in one banner...

  • Crash problem

Keeping crash when entering the game please fix this!
  • Too many crashes

The game is overall good. I play a fair amount on it. The story is amazing. It’s a free to play game, it could also be a play to win if you want a better chance of your favorite servant. I recommend this game to the people who have a strong will. Meaning not to rage after wasting all your quartz and not get the servant you wanted- Recently I’ve been getting a lot of crashes. Specially on a noble phantasm or a chain. It’s getting really annoying. That’s why I put in a 2 Star. If this is fixed I will gladly put 5 stars-
  • Good game but...

I wish they would have actual iPhone X support. The image should fill the whole display and not just have those added display bars to the side. The resolution for the phone has been out for almost a year. So why hasn’t this been done?
  • A well crafted challenge. (Rant included)

This game is amazing. So much depth that it’s kinda hard to believe it fits in within its 2-3 GBs. All those people complaining about gatcha ratings are those with massive goals but don’t know how to save and invest. The scarcity of premium currency in this game is part of the reason the gatcha is amazing. Many other gatcha games, the premium currency is so common or there are ‘garunteed’ banners so much that snagging a ‘high rarity’ unit becomes commonplace. Meanwhile, this game is able to retain the surprise value and long term enjoyment of actually ever obtaining a high-rarity unit. Premium currency is also constantly being fed out through events, maintenance and gifts so I don’t understand why so much people are complaining about the inability to obtain premium currency. As long as you save up and invest for future banners, (known through JP timeline or news) there should be a decent chance obtaining a high rarity unit or very useful equips every other event or so. The player base is mainly separated by the terms: f2p (free to play) and p2w (pay to win). The reason that f2p is even a category is because THIS GAME IS BEATABLE WITH LOW RARITY UNITS which is another part of why this game is very detailed. Many lower tiered units easily outclass their higher tiered brethren due to their niche and could be very strong under a person who knows what their doing. In fact, one of the highest difficulty chapters is easily beatable with a team built around low tiered unit, but is very difficult with a team composed of high rarity units. In short, any currency is scarce if you spend it the moment you obtain it. Gameplay is not too hard for one to be stuck on a certain level, but difficult enough for strategy to become a factor. The exp grind is honestly not that bad as events spitting out exp and leveling mats are very common. Appearing around one-twice every month. In conclusion, it’s a beautifully crafted game with a lot of depth. Made not too hard to be frustrated and not too easy to be a breeze, but a good challenge that puts your strategy to use. Both in the gameplay and in the gatcha.
