    This is by far the best workout app for serious bodybuilders. I will update my review after I complete the 12 week program. So far my strength has increased after completing just week 1 and the first day of week 2.

    So far it's been great. The dead lifts 2xs a week is killer though. Don't know if I can keep that up might switch the deads on back day to deads from a rack. Other then that it's great . Gives ideal micros you need to hit and sample diets. The best one I have seen so far.

    Program is great, however the app functionality is questionable. Some poor design choices throughout (always tries to make you share your workout to Facebook, videos don't play)

    At first glance, the workout schedule doesn't seem to be that challenging: 3-days with only 2 workouts for legs and chest for the first month. Coming from working out at least 5 days a week prior to starting this routine, I was skeptical. However, after the first week, I've noticed a considerable increase in strength. I'm going to continue this workout until completion.

    This app provides an in depth look at what is required to achieve the goals outlined. Both the weight training and nutritional instruction are well thought out and planned. This app combine with the BodySpace app provide a great guide for this 12 week program.
