  • SO much better!

    By Swstaci
I was using this app before they re-launched and thought it was way better than anything else. Are used OFW and hated it— switched to coParenter which has so many more features. But this new app is incredible! Beautiful design – really easy to understand and great mediators who really understand kids! Thanks for putting this out there.
  • Schedule

It’s not allowing me to put our parenting schedule in.
  • Every parent could (should) use this app

What a great app! It’s already saved us thousands (at least). The on-call mediators are great, fair and totally responsive. Great design too!
  • Looking Horrible to Co-Parent

    By wendyher71
I downloaded this app in hopes to help streamline some communication and get help in my co-parenting issues. I have had NOTHING but trouble. And to make matters worse my co-parent right off the bat told Me we couldn’t co-parent via an app and this experience just proved him right! There is a red indicator telling me I have three messages but I can’t find them anywhere. I submitted a request for help and then the app locked me out for three days. When I was finally able to open the app there was only one message in the help section that read closed for duplicate. Then this morning I open it and there is another message saying closed for no response. I am not technically challenged. I manage application development for a living. At best this is not intuitive for the user. At worst it is just plain BROKEN! Co-parenting is stressful and you advertise as a useful, helpful tool and this has been detrimental.
  • What a tool!

    By THYozfan135
To have all of these tools and services in one place is truly a game changer. This new update improves on something that was already great. We all know that dealing with these situations can be extremely challenging. Why not give yourself an easy advantage and download this app. It has been saving my life!
  • A great app with a great mission

    By TheJBV
I NEVER leave comments, but this app goes way, way beyond anything on the market— other apps like OFW and Talking Parents just documenting your communication. coParenter does that too, but it also lets you create a parenting plan- with the assistance of a live professional! I’d have had to pay a lawyer THOUSANDS to get that done- OR wait for months to see someone at the court. VERY cool— thanks for making this!
  • Not horrible

    By JeniGCA
This app is ok. The messaging has never worked for me, which is the main reason I got it. I like the request feature. Wish there was a way to customize the schedule more.
  • Amazing support team!

    By t.s.b.27
I extremely grateful this app exists, as I would have no other way to communicate with my ex in regards to our daughter. The support team went out of their way to help send me a pdf version of all dialogue before a court date twice. The second request was done with only a days notice. They couldn’t be more helpful. What a wonderful gift this is to so many families, especially those in high conflict situations such as mine!
  • Doesn’t work

    By Loverfli
I got the app set up, and got my son’s dad so sign up. Everything worked fine until I tried to create a schedule. The app keeps “timing out” and crashing. The schedule is the whole reason I downloaded the app in the first place. I reached out to customer service twice. I haven’t gotten a rely. My original help request was 2.5 days ago, and it’s supposed to take 24 hours.
  • Can’t use features

    By deerhuntr88
I made the account and my ex finally accepted. It says my connection timed out every time I try to view the calendar and holiday schedule she set up. I try to contact support and it says there is no email attached (I signed up with my email) this review is the only way I can think of to get someone to help
