Clarity Money doesn’t reinvent money management, they simplify it. They make it easy to see where your money is going every month, and allow you to track the weaknesses in your budget in order to improve spending in the future. I’m confident in my finances, but with this app I have peace of mind knowing I can track my day to day and have that extra reassurance.
  • Clean looking but Empower is way better

I was looking for an alternative to Mint that is simple, clean and minimalistic. I really wanted to love this app but they weren’t able to link my investment account or a couple credit cards. Empower was a great app I downloaded at the same time and was exactly what I was looking for.

Why should my location dictate whether I can use this app or not? If I have a American bank account, I should be able to use it. Learn from Intuit's Mint app. EDIT: Yeah well if I can't even login, I can't use ANY of the features

Clear overall view of personal finance but wonder why capital one is not linked up.

Works pretty well unless you have capital one. Haven’t been able to link for 45 days so pretty much useless for me at this point.

  • Just Fine, Until You Try and Get Your Money Back

That was my experience. Still unable to persuade them to return the money from the Clarity Savings Account I held with them. They’ve recommended that I: 1. File fraudulent charge claims with my bank and that the bank will return the funds to me (thus allowing Clarity to also make off with my money). 2. That even though they’d opened the account and accepted my money for approximately a year, now that I wanted to withdraw, I would need to do this multi-layered process of proving myself and my identity. If you like your money basically stolen, then yeah, for a spending tracker with little to zero intuitive design and a slow loading process, it’s great! But if you like fast, iApps with the option of keeping and growing your money, then, well, Clarity may not be for you...

Sleek and clean UI, great customer service, but lack many features competing apps can do.

You start with having to link your bank accounts. All the features seemed simple and easy to help with management.
