    I have tried several workouts and this one is the perfect one for me because it has a variety and it also uses a lot of body weight workouts along with weights. Also has cardio and metcons mixed in as well. Whenever I do his workouts, I feel so strong and fit. I do others but I lose motivation and I don’t see as good progress as I do with this one.

    I’m on week 2, but the first week took me to the next level I was looking for coming off a weight training cycle. It definitely focuses on muscles that are hard to find with just weights. It definitely makes you sweat like crazy.

    Did this for the 4 weeks with eating ok. Wasn't eating too bad but could have been better, if your not going to eat clean and be consistent with the workouts then you will honestly will have a rough go trying to finish this. I looked great after I did it the first time and now I'm starting my second week and love the workouts. Try it out you won't be disappointed if you put the work in.

    This guy goes hard! Burn a ton of calories with a great mix of moves. I'm in great shape and this routine has me gasping for air in minutes.
