  • Customer service is nonexistent.

I am currently paying for subscription services that I have not received. My repeated contacts to customer service has been ignored. It’s a shame that I have to complain on the ratings system in hopes they see this and actually try to do their jobs.
  • Great game, at enormous price

This free to play, pay to win game is unparalleled in two dimensions: gameplay quality and the price to play. It is free to join. And once you step into the game world, you are captivated by its deapth. The game is splendid! But after you play a little, you realize that everything is for sale. Everything! And the prices are steep, starting from as low as $1 to as high as $100 for various items. There is virtually no limit to how much one can spend, and your game success is in direct proportion to how much you invest. Top players spend on the magnitude of several thousand $ a month. Seems unbelievable for a child game like this? But this is it. If you are ready to spend this much, this game is for you, brother (or sister - there are many girls playing). But if your purse has limits, beware: you will be a punchbag for those who pay. And I am talking not only about those spending nothing beaten by someone who spent $5, and not only of those who spent $10 and lost to $100, but also of people spending $100s and losing to those who spill $1000s. I can imagine that the game designers cash really, really big on this game. Do not quite understand the people willing to pay up to $10,000-$20,000 to dominate one particular game world. Yes, the game is divided into multiple independent game worlds. Big spenders do not even dominate the entire game universe (as is the case in some games of this type), only their small sub-section of it, and still they spend, spend, spend. Have $20,000 to spend on a free game and feel yourself a world master? This place is right for you! Come join today.

It's a ghost town for English people and it's a game at which the Chinese hav the upper hand. Just move on there are better games then this.
  • Nice ripoff

Played the game, was fun until you need to join a guild for a quest and all your items got stolen and you get kicked out of the guild. gg. Instant deletion. Thank god I didn’t spend a dime. I usually spend $$ on games and honestly if they didn’t have a trashy mechanism like this, I wouldn’t be able to resist the temptation.
  • Sigh......

Fun game but nothing works in trying to make purchases
  • The devs are horrible

The game is pretty fun but has been destroyed by the devs greediness. You constantly see horrible things being said and done in chats and in game. those things are reported and nothing is ever done. Most of the time the things done are done by people who spend money to win and that is obviously more important to the developers. So especially if you are woman do not join this game because the harassment that I have seen and reported have never been taken care. Like I said I really enjoyed the game but what is allowed to be done and the constant unfairness of people who choose not to pay and the people who spend quite a bit of money to just dominate.

  • Fun but extremely unbalanced.

The game itself is really fun in the beginning but each new server only has a life span of a 2-3 months. It’s mandatory pay for play, and unless you’re putting $1000+ into the game you can not hope to defend yourself against the whales who have the ability to block your access to parts of your own game and severely hinder any progress. There is nothing a player that spends even $200-$300 on this game to can do against them or to fight back in anyway. So players leave and the server dies and the whales start a new server and do the same thing. I would give this game 5 stars if it wasn’t so critically unbalanced. Seriously, fix your game, it’s broken!
  • Unless you wanna spend $1000s, don’t bother

I’ve been playing this game since it came out last year. This developer has consistently made updates that reward cash players while penalizing f2p folks. The extent to which they intentionally make it harder for f2p folks is debatable, but the results are the same. It used to be that the f2p players could grind really hard and compete; the last several updates- starting with the intro of the temple- pretty much smashed that style of gameplay leading to any kind of established success. Heck, even players buying a $5 monthly and dropping an extra $50-$100 a month don’t even come close to being competitive. I understand that the devs gotta eat and their kids need shoes, but dm y’all, stop making it impossible for the avg person to compete. In conclusion, yes, it’s a fun game. Building armies is dope and the siege battles are what make the game fun. The mega-whales on this game literally spend in the tens of thousands of dollars on the game or are using stolen credit cards to fund the game- there have been many bans for this type of thing. In conclusion to my conclusion, fun game, but the reasons I still play are because I’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of time on the game, I put in like $50 along the way (I could have just gone and bought a console game that would never ask me for a dime 🤷🏾‍♂️ hindsight), and mostly because the people that have been in my kingdom are awesome folks that I enjoy spending time with. Oh, and (while I’m here, fk it) I have had a suspicion that the devs are the ones in game with all of the paid for resources. The game is published in China, and coincidentally, all of the successful p2w players from all of the servers I’ve played are too. Keep driving up the price guys! You’re going to greedy yourselves out of the largest percentage of your player base.
