    Who don’t like saving money??!!!!
  • False advertisement

I downloaded this because I wanted my blink membership to cancel easily. They did not do that. The only reason I bought the monthly subscription for this app was for them to do that . . I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to cancel blink membership...
  • False charges!! Won’t respond to you when you question them.

This app seemed promising. Within two or three days, they had negotiated my bill “down by $10 a month”. Therefore I was charged 40% of the (supposed) $120 I am (supposedly) saving. I come to find out that they negotiated it before taxes and fees, so I’m actually saving $7 a month. I asked for a refund on the 40% fee, and to be charged 40% on the $84 I’m saving in actuality. I’ve been waiting for a response for two weeks now. Only one person messaged me to say “we saved you $10 a month”...?? I was already informed of this, and, by the way- I am not saving that much! They are only getting two stars because they saved me something... otherwise, they are nickel and diming people who rely on these types of services. Awful! I am ready to report to the attorney generals office. Make this right!

  • Love it...AT FIRST

At first I used to love this app and how it tracked me spending habits, because I became aware of how crazy (as a college student) I spend money quicker than I can make it and I wanted to see what things I needed to cut out so I can make it possible for me to save money. The only problem I had with this app that later made me unlink my bank accounts, delete my profile & my account was because it didn’t update my bills and spending for about two weeks in the month of November and I kept refreshing it to see if it will update and it never did, then I wanted to adjust when my bills were do and it doesn’t give me that option either so everything was incorrect on my account and all over the place so I decided that the app was starting to become no use to me so I decided to delete my account.
  • Hey, it works

It’s had a situation where I was charged all at once for a bunch of stuff and was over drawn by three separate payments. It was a fluke really but thanks to true bill’s automatic overdraft fee refund request, I was able to recover around four overdraft fees at $36 dollars a pop. It basically has paid for itself since then. A few things to consider. Banks will only refund overdraft fees a few times before they stop. Truebill should really have a lower my bill questionnaire before you send them off to lower bills. Things like what do you want to keep when lowering bills? Data strikes me as something people would want to know about before a bill is changed. This way, truebill knows what the customer is ready to lose in order to bring their bill down and things are not willing to part with. In essence, a checklist of features that truebill knows know to work within. It’s a great app and worth the optional premium price.
  • Spam city!

Added this app to my phone and within an hour was inundated to my email address with 100s of junk emails. Hadn’t done anything else in my phone exceptnadd the app. Coincidence? All the emails said I had “subscribed” or that I had been added to their subscriber list. I’ve spent all day deleting emails. What a mess....
  • Don’t do it!!

Truebill seems like a good idea until they charge you and don’t tell you. I was charged $72 and emailed hours later. This caused my checking account to be overdrawn and multiple fees to be assessed. It took them almost a week to refund it and then they told me too bad about the fees. By bank only would refund 3 of the fees which left me -$115. Customer service is horrible and not helpful at all. They refused to help me even though they created the problem in the first place. Do not use them!!!!
  • Good sets of functionalities, but visual is overwhelming

90% of the text you see it’s either bold or semibold. Very overwhelming since you don’t know which information you need to look at.
  • Great visibility

Using this app has really opened my eyes as to what I am spending my money on and helps manage my subscriptions. I love the format of the app as well. I would highly recommend.
