  • not connect in more times

in latest version (after UI change) in most of the time app not connected.
  • I have frequent issues...

    By Kingdorothy
I have this VPN drop numerous times in one day. Sometimes the app itself is even so troublesome that I can’t even disconnect, keeping my phone in a state of limbo while being unable to make phone calls, use internet or GPS (which has really screwed me over sometimes). I paid for a year of this and am quite disappointed. I am not sure if this is normal for VPNs. On the bright side- their new app update is much better.
  • Great App! 1 suggestion.

Love this VPN and the flexibility it gives me in choosing server locations. However, I would love to see an On/Off feature in the mobile app that automatically disconnects the VPN whenever I’m off WiFi: my understanding is that cellular data is very secure, thus I only like to use Windscribe over public WiFi.
  • Pretty good one issue

    By Nahtudej
Glitches when phone goes to sleep. Works decently fast most of the time. Specifically, will not reconnect to the VPN servers without the app being shut off after the screen turns off which happens frequently with a mobile device. Also, every time I switch to the app it asks for a review even after reviewing which is a minor annoyance until I have to switch to the app more frequently due to the first issue. I’ve used Windscribe for a couple years and have been happy overall with only minor connection challenges prior to the latest update.
  • Windscribe on smartphone

    By sardar111
It is great on my computer but it is weak on my smartphone and doesn’t work correctly.
  • Never connects

    By Musicteacherali
This VPN rarely if ever connects, I can’t manually connect, it doesn’t do anything. I’ve contacted customer service many times with absolutely no help. It’s awful, do not purchase, total waste of money.
  • Battery drain and connectivity issues

    By ʕᴥ• ʔ
I would like to suggest auto disconnect on sleep to prevent battery drainage and a Siri shortcut for disabling the VPN/reconnect. A lot of reviewers have not been specific about what has been the problem, for me I really like the UI change, but to be honest there has been connectivity issues and slow downs. Previously, I used Passepartout - third party client for OpenVPN and I thought maybe it was them causing it but even on the Windscribe app (using IKEv2) there is a connectivity issue. So far now though, it is working fine. Will update the review later.
  • Still too many websites I cannot open

    By Bo.W99
Have a number of my daily websites that will not open while using any of the IP’s ...have to open the app, close Windscribe, go back to the site I was trying to open then try and remember to go back to the Windscribe app to turn it back on..kind of a pain in the rear...
