Microsoft Teams App Reviews

  • Needs hastags

Needs Hashtags for conversations and needs it now! Why are we evening having to ask for this right now.
  • Microsoft - Too Many Solutions

    By jheinz57
The app itself is pretty good, although I mostly only use it’s chat feature. The problem is Microsoft needs a diagram in order to explain where Teams fits in to its’ suite of “solutions”. I feel like Skype is getting killed, which I hope is sooner rather than later. Teams seems to be better, but I’m still not all that jazzed about it. It can’t be as bad as Skype...I hope.
  • Love it - but please don’t ping me for chats in meetings I haven’t accepted

Great upgrade on Skype for Business though
  • Teams is killing my iPad’s battery life

    By Brzilian
This app sucked down 47% of my battery usage in the last 24 hours with “background activities”. Seems kind of ridiculous considering the application’s functionality.
  • Feels right

    By TheophilusAustin
It’s got as much functionality of the desktop app as it could while still being a first class iPhone app.
  • It’s Going Places

    By AndrewMoss
All-in-all, this is a pretty good app. I use the app for auto on most conference calls and just use my computer for the screen sharing. However, I usually get dropped once an hour. Also, the connection is rough on data calls, so a phone call option would be nice.
  • Poor Replying Experience

    By ramin4531
In a work setting I need to reply any comment specifically just to that. How do I do it? Just a blind text and send?
  • Last update not ideal

    By Tavander
Since the last update, this app uses up much more battery power when I make calls via the app. It also make my phone warm, so I’m assuming the OS usage has changed. Please fix!
  • Practical Application

    By stbecky
It’s very helpful when working together with a group. Channels help keep conversations together. I like the video and share screen features!
  • Not usable on an IPad-viewer only

    By SoErgo
This is not very useful on an IPad. I also have a Surface Pro (works great on the Surface Pro) although I have an business app that is exclusive to my Ipad that allows me to create and store word and PDF docs, I would like to be able to upload these docs directly into Teams although this app seems to be a viewer for IPad. Will you be updating this app to allow it to be used for more than a viewer on an Apple device? We are a mobile department, we need to be able to access, store and share docs through the cloud.
