    I Came across this by accident and thought that it would be just like every other meditation app but I was wrong. I love it! It’s very calming and the voices aren’t harsh and can blend in with my thoughts. I hate that more sessions aren’t free because I know they would be beneficial.

    Simple habit makes it easy. There are lots of 5 minute sessions and you can search based on your time constraints. There are many types of meditations based on mood, time of day, specific worries or habits. And the series are conducted by different guides. You are exposed to different styles and voices. Not everything clicks with everybody. This is the third mindful/meditation app I have tried. I really feel results and look forward to those 5-15 minutes of stillness and peace.

    If I could give this app less than one star I would. The meditations are great but it costs far too much. I kept it for one session but now they’ve locked IT out! Don’t waste your time or money on this crappy app. They only want a lot of your money.

    I have been using Simple Habit about a month and have tried three different series. Each coach has been amazing. My morning start with meditating and sets the tone for my entire day. I am so glad to have found this app. Who knew 5 minutes could have such a great impact!?
