AT&T Collaborate App Reviews

  • Considering switching service provider this app is so bad

This app does not work. It is a terrible user experience and makes business much more difficult. It is unacceptable that I can no longer use the native iPhone voicemail.
  • Absolute Garbage

You would think that after redesigning an app they would at least fix the glitch that allows you to log in. There have been multiple times that the app freezes upon login verification and will not let me in. I can not tell you how aggravating it is to want to check voicemails but not me able to.

App is a nightmare to deal with and so is AT&T, the app will download but not fully as error code appear, when the app finally downloads it works just as long as you are using the app, once the app sit idle good luck in trying to reopen the app, it will not reopen
  • WORST app EVER!

AT&T has very LOW standards with this app. Small businesses are stuck with this app and it is TERRIBLE! NO support from AT&T. Most of their employees don’t even know what it is. Guess they are a big enough business not to have to use it themselves. I’m sure if they did, they would make improvements. I gave it one star only because it was the worst available. Kind of like AT&T and it’s choice for making customers use this app.
  • Worst App Ever

My first ever app review is because this is absolutely the worse app in the App Store. The bad part?? I currently can’t opt out(working on that with my employer). It’s very slow, very buggy, and just overall worthless for our application. There are (2) specific bugs we are currently experiencing: I have to continuously verify(if it even works) my phone even though I was just in the app and simply looked at a different screen, and the voicemails themselves are inaudible as they do not play properly. Again, working to get rid of this piece of junk app with my employer.

Do you enjoy not being able to access your voicemail? Do you like putting in codes and then watching a wheel spin around and around with no end in sight? If you said YES to both of those questions - the new AT&T Collaborate App is for you. I know most people are used to simply clicking a button to get their voicemail and it works every time - but most things in life are never that easy and I believe that’s what AT&T had in mind when they created Collaborate. It’s been over a week since I’ve been able to listen to voicemail and I’m thinking maybe AT&T is trying to teach us all an important life lesson - life is about more than listening to voicemail
  • Horrible

Doesn’t work at all. Why do I have to use a different pin every time. I’m missing a lot of my voicemails due to the inability to use the app. Smh
  • Worst app EVER.

First of all, I hate that there’s no way around using this app if you have the enhanced package. I miss my Apple voicemail and will immediately switch back when my contract is up. Having to get a text message then log in to this app (which crashes every time, without fail) just to check a voicemail is ridiculous. I have missed many important voicemails because of this awful app and phone plan. PLEASE go back to allowing us to simply use apple’s voicemail.

It won’t even let me log in anymore. I can’t even get my voicemails now. I would give this 0 starts if I could.
  • Unreliable and glitchy

Plain and simple, this app just does not work very well. Calls randomly drop or don’t appear until the next day. You have to check it frequently to make sure you haven’t been logged out, and many times you have to delete and reinstall the app all over just to log back in. These technical problems are aside from all of the basic features that I think this app could really use—like showing you when a call is being transferred to you or letting you sync your contact list with the app. The customer support is very friendly, but they are hard to get ahold of. All in all, the app is frustrating to use and just does not do what you want it to.
