  • Love this app

As a person who’s had their identity compromised, I love having this app! It lets me know anytime there’s new activity posting on my credit! Let’s me know when my score goes up or down. Also, what I may down to increase my credit score. This app is worth paying a monthly fee for if you need to monitor your credit!
  • Horrible

I’m paying each month for access to the site. Been using the app, which worked fine, then suddenly stopped. Then I find this app, install it on brand new iPad and my iPhone 8 and can’t even login. Don’t waste your time!
  • What’s the point of having the app if it’s wrong?

    By SiSi Blac
The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it did help me find some things I had forgotten about. I’ve had the app for a while and monitored it. I checked my credit score prior to having it run at my credit union recently (they use Experian) and the score did not match what they pulled. What’s the point of me having this app if it is not accurate?
  • Can’t place or thaw a freeze—WHAT?

The other two bureaus let you place or thaw a freeze in seconds. This doesn’t. WHY NOT? This lack of functionality makes this bloated and laggy app useless, except to try to steer you to paid tiers. Avoid! 😡
  • Worst CRA out there.

Experian is the worst ripoff credit reporting agency out there. The law now requires free freeze/unfreeze. Until the law went into effect, Experian charges for each freeze and unfreeze. The other two bureaus did not. Experian also makes it exceedingly needlessly difficult to freeze and unfreeze. This worthless app does NOT let you freeze and unfreeze. TransUnion has an easy app just for that. And Equifax at least makes it easy to do so on their website. Experian however makes it so hard that I now can’t unfreeze my credit report to apply for a credit card. Those site won’t allow me to do it and won’t tell me why (I’m certain all my info is correct). Also forget about ever talking to them on the phone if you have a problem - it’s not possible. Experian, you are seriously the worst and don’t care about consumers AT ALL.

Ok, so I’ve had this app for 7 days maybe, NOW IM LOCKED OUT BECAUSE YOUR DEMANDING 19.99 to open my report back up, There is nothing I see to contact customer service to cancel this your add says FREE says nothing about 19.99 after 7 days, so I was able to open the app in the App Store and all it says is go her to manage your account or billing if you chose, well I chose NOT TO SPEND MY MONEY WITH YOU BECAUSE THESE PRACTICES ARE Misconceiving to the consumer,

  • Subscribe to get your score? No thank you.

You go through the hassle of trying to set up the app just so they could try to sell you services because without paying you don’t get to see a credit score.
