    Love it! (More content please) I have been using it for 3 years and it gets better all the time, though the download speed is hideous. But overall it’s my favorite app.

    How do I cancel this? This was the biggest mistake I’ve purchased ever. I’m a half hour into the free trial and I hate it already. There are none of the shows (Vikings) that I watch. How do I delete this during my free trial? Don’t waste your $ people it’s terrible.

    I never take the time to write a negative review- only positive ones. So this is my first, only because I do want this to be resolved so I can enjoy the exciting content your team has worked so hard to produce. I have sent 3 requests for help but only get a generic template response with zero help each time. 1. I signed up and paid. 2. I selected my favorite films to download so i can watch on my many off line travels. 3. None of them download even with super fast WIFI for long period of time. App and brand new iPad open and operating with no sleep on. 4. Now I check again and 5. App crashes almost every time I select “my videos” 6. I delete app and reload it again. 7. It asks me to sign in- I do and it goes to payment page. No options. So I click on payment again- Yes I was actually willing to pay twice in hopes I can view your content. Then I get a message that reads something to the effect that “you already paid” and no other option to move out of that screen. 8. I have a company that builds apps. I’m not educated on the subject but am an investor who has seen many apps during the quality process and for sure we would have never released an app with all of these bugs. 9. Let me know if and when you are seriously interested in helping me. Good luck!

    I absolutely love this App.. I am definitely a History buff, and I watch at least one show every evening before bed... Anything from Civil War, WW II , seals ... Very Educational .. Thank you for this opportunity... 🙏🙏🙏

    So far this is the best app I’ve seen. This is what our kids should have not the garbage out there. History vault should be nominated best teaching app yet. The story format keeps you interested and the way is layout is just great.

    No matter how many times I think I’ve cancel this monthly “automatically renewed “ subscription, I can’t. And since it’s part of Apple, there’s no one to call.

    I really, really was. I’m a huge docu fan (NOT reality TV shows) so the old stuff from the History Channel is what I like. I have a YouTube Red account so I can watch documentaries on YT without ads all day long, but I like to support the people who actually make the docus, so I found this app and signed up for the free trial. And then... yeah. I’m a little surprised that the people who built this app actually thought the consumer should have to pay to access it. Some major drawbacks: 1) You cannot tell the app to play an entire series. It will play one episode, then you have to click to watch the next one, etc. Just...why? This is SUCH a basic feature. 2) You cannot turn off the screen and have it still continue to play. I use this feature All The Time with YouTube Red. I like to go to sleep listening to docus, so having a flashing screen that goes light, dark, etc, randomly keeps me from being able to sleep. 3) The FAQs have not been updated, and say that you cannot download videos to watch off-line. You can. Updating your FAQs is not too much to ask, honestly. 4) I decided to try downloading an episode to check out how that feature worked, but now when I tap on My Videos to access said episode, the app crashes. I’ve closed the app down. I’ve rebooted my iPad. Doesn’t matter. Six times out of six, the app has crashed when I tapped on My Videos. Don’t see much point in trying a seventh time. 5) There doesn’t appear to be a way to create my own playlists or favorites list. No way to even mark something as a docu I want to watch later. Really? And you want me to pay for this?! This is a joke, right? 6) The episodes don’t appear to be in order, but there isn’t really a good way to tell what order they should be in. Take Barbarians Rising, for example. There are four episodes. The upper left-hand episode (which in the Western world is considered the “first” episode) is Rebellion. But when I tap to watch it, it starts out with, “Previously, XYZ happened!” But only God and maybe one A&E developer knows which episode XYZ took place in. I could go on and on and on and on, but honestly, *what is this*? If you’d asked me to pay a buck to have access to this app for the rest of eternity, fine. I’d totally pay it. But you want $50 a year for the rest of eternity for an app that a high school student could be proud of creating...but is an embarrassment for a large company like A&E. If you want me to pay that kind of money, you need to have a decent product that you’re offering, and this just isn’t. This needs a lot more time and a lot more development work into it before it’s worth paying for. I’ll try y’all again in a year and see if you’ve fixed anything. In the meanwhile, I guess I go back to watching bootlegged docus on YT. :-/
