What Dog A Microsoft Garage Project App Description

What Dog (A Microsoft Garage Project) By Microsoft Corporation Description What Dog, recognizes dogs and classifies them by their breed. As with any AI technology powered experiences, What Dog is able to learn and get better over time. While What Dog has knowledge of over a 100 popular pure breeds, it is still learning to recognize mixed breeds, so if we don't get it right, send us feedback from within the app, and then try again in the future! What Dog Fun: Just for fun we include a fun mode that lets you find out what dog breeds you and your friends are. Do some research: There's also an extensive collection of breeds that contains information such as disposition, size, coat and what types of families are best suited for each. This is the kind of app you're going to take out when you're with your friends. You'll make fun of each other, comparing which breeds you look like, and posting the tagged photos. We hope you enjoy it and the what-dog.net website as much as we enjoyed building them! The Microsoft Garage is an outlet for experimental projects for you to try. • Results are unbelievably bad

    By LonestarTrooper
This is a Microsoft garage project, which means it’s an experiment, so I don’t expect perfection, but the guess it makes are hilariously bad. It identified my Australian shepherd as an Afghan hound and my border collie as a borzoi.
  • Sorry this is not even close

    By LCname
Sorry not even close, identified a German Shepard as a Mastiff and a small terrier as a Weimaraner. Again sorry, really wanted it to work.
  • Waste

  • It’s so helpful

So I got my puppy Luna when I visited my grandma’s in the country that I’m from and from the start I couldn’t figure out what breed she was and so I been searching the internet and nothing. I gave up but When I saw this app Installed and it is THE BEST helper because I finally found out that my puppy is mix between two breeds. If your having trouble then this app is what you need.
  • Just goes based on looks

Just got this for fun but it’s a waste of time. Whatever lighting my dog was in, it got that colored dog. Mine is a German Shepherd and it calculated a Weimaraner?
  • Did not work out so well...

    By Franceskukormccoy
I figured I would try it out with my husky mix puppy. She is around 4 months and to be fair her ears are only half way up but this app actually suggested she was a Chihuahua. Come on!!!
  • Doesn't load

    By BrentCox
'loading' wheel spins and spins but never actually loads.
  • I really wanted this to work!

    By lroyalty
I really wanted to try this on my dog. I can’t get past the loading screen. It just loads and loads and loads no matter how long I keep it up. Sad. wanted to see what it said!

  • Doesn’t Load

    By Melissa720195
The app doesn’t even load it’s stuck on the opening screen. I went to the website and used it that way but it isn’t very accurate and gives me different results on the same exact dog just different camera angles
