I absolutely love Landlordy for helping keep track of my small rental business. I only manage 12 units but Landlordy has made keeping a close eye on rent, expenses etc so much easier to manage from my phone.

I own 2 properties with 12 tenants and this awesome app has been incredibly useful. I can send invoices and keep track of payments. It's so useful to have my tenants' payment and billing status accessible right from my phone. It's very much worth the cost.

I've tried many different property management apps and nothing comes close to Landlordy. Very good app whether you have 3 or 30 properties. Keep up the good work!

Works well to store info to text tenants easily. I don't use it as my only source of accounting but it works well for tenant notification.
  • Expense and income ledger ok

It should also add auto recurring expense. Add assets return analysis, add market value analysis, market rent analysis. It serves ok just being a ledger but weak in giving a summary and analysis of income and expense
