    I got Sweat after beginning going to the gym but not knowing what to do or how to build muscle outside of the obvious. This app helps increase knowledge about food (meals and snacking throughout the day), and how to increase variety to help build muscle. Also, it helps me stay motivated and get to work throughout the week, even at home after working all day. I love it and I love the way I feel.

    I love this app. I just finished week 3 and I already see results. I love the workouts and the suggested workouts you should do on each day. The only con I don’t like is that for HIIT and LISS you have to have your screen on the whole time. I don’t find that’s necessary. Also, I have found that it doesn’t count all of my steps that I’ve synced with my Fitbit from a 3rd Party app. It might be the 3rd party app, but I’m not sure. I’m a stay at home mom of 2 kids and going to the gym isn’t in the schedule anymore. If you do the warm up, workouts, and cool down, expect to spend 40 intense minutes making yourself feel horrible then followed by amazing, accomplished, and sexy!

    I love this app, it’s a great substitute for a personal trainer with great workouts and instructions for those who don’t know the moves. I’m a runner and started this app because I knew I needed weight training to get the tone I wanted. I noticed results in 8 weeks. The only improvement I would make is the ability go to back on the weekly schedule and edit what activities were done. I often do cardio workouts and forget to log them that day but currently you’re unable to add workouts to days in the past.

    I love this app so much! I am obsessed with the BBG program and I recommend it to all my friends who want to get fit. I am a pro-level pole dancer and this is my cross training fitness regimen. Keeps me strong and keeps me accountable to work out consistently. Everything is right in the app - food, workouts, that you need to get started and stay on track. Thank you so much to the creators of this program xox
  • Subscription service is a mess

    I signed up for a month ($20) to try the workouts through the app. I cancelled the subscription with no problems after that month was over. I just didn’t use it enough to justify the monthly fee. Many months later I am reviewing my iTunes receipts and see that I’ve been charged again for several months. Luckily Apple was very helpful and refunded me a couple of those months, but this app and whole setup left a terrible impression. Even if the workouts were awesome, I don’t want to mess with this business again after feeling so taken advantage of. Managing subscriptions and MONEY from your customers is something you need to be on top of. Super disappointed. *EDIT Thanks for the response from the developers, however, I did in fact cancel the subscription through the App Store, not just in the app itself. There were several months of no charges and then suddenly my subscription was active again.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a few months and it won’t let me. I can’t log onto the app to use it either so it is a waste of money.
