  • Enjoying but could use a beginners program

    I’m enjoying the app and guided programs but I just started and a lower, shorter intensity level should be available for beginners. I haven’t tried the interval training but I am hoping the app times you while you’re doing your sprints. Feedback was requested only days after I downloaded the app which seems silly. Give a girl a few weeks :-)

    I love Kayla! I see great results within shorter amounts of time. However, I wish I didn’t have to engage with the app as much during my workout. I feel like I spend too much time clicking through the workout on my phone at the gym.

    I’m overweight and have been since having kids and want to lose well over 60lb...I’ve been on this journey with this app 4 weeks tomorrow. I’m so obsessed with it. I actually look forward to the gym and I’m seeing results and I have clearly never had a desire to go to gym hence how I got to the weight of where I am, but finally I decided at age 30 it’s time to get it together and love the skin that I have to live in for the rest of my life. I love Kelsey wells program PWR, she’s pretty awesome and a great inspiration. I’ve already been seeing results..I’m not weighing to see how much I’ve lost Bc I wanted to go off of how I feel etc and honestly....I’m getting a butt. I’ve never had one before, my arms are taking shape and toning and my stomach is flattening out..I’ve got a long way for that but for the 3 weeks I’ve been doing this, I’m obsessed and look forward to gym and miss it when I’m not there. I’ve never been that girl but I have goals and I’m gonna crush them, don’t hesitate to do this, I’ve followed the app for 2 years but didn’t purchase until September...only thing I can say is I should not have waited so long.

    Love this app! I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be worth upgrading from the e-books, so I did the 7-day trial and was immediately hooked! Having all the stretch/recovery sessions available makes it easy to work on flexibility, which I’ve neglected in the past. Also great that you can mix workouts from other programs into your week without fully committing to that program. So many options!
