    I really liking the workouts so far! I do think the app could be a little more user friendly, and maybe better explain how the workouts are supposed to work. I had to do some googling and a bit of trial and error during my first day to figure it out.

    This app is a great all in one fitness program with the convenience of being able to take it anywhere on your phone or tablet. Meal plans are customizable as are the workouts. Plenty of video demonstration so you know how to properly do the exercise. Modifications are provided. I have two wishes for the sweat app. The first would be that the screen can rotate when I turn my tablet/phone sideways. I like to do these workouts with my iPad and the screen stays sideways when it’s resting on the keypad stand. The second would be for the meal plans to have a paleo option. I haven’t really used the nutrition portion of the program because of this. Otherwise I like it all and am sticking to the program which is most important of all!

    I love Crossfit and have done it on and off for a long time. But after having a baby it was difficult for me to be consistent in my gym routine. Working out at home is a major time saver and I’m able to get in my workouts no problem because of this app. Not to mention I’m seeing real results and the workouts are awesome.     I can’t believe how much stronger I’ve become! I just finished the BBG beginner 4 week program and I can tell my abs are more defined, as are my arms and legs. I feel stronger. I’ve always enjoyed running by have neglected to consistently work out the rest of my body. I actually look forward to working out since using this app. I can’t recommend it enough! Simple, easy to use, encouraging. Very well done.

After having our baby girl, I truly didn’t know if my stomach (and all my other things) would go back to normal. I’m currently on week 10 of BBG and my body has never looked better and I’ve never been stronger. It’s changed the way I view working out and eating, and I’m so grateful. So so grateful.
