  • Almost perfect...wish it could connect with Fitbit

    I initially did the 7 day free trial and loved it! However I ended up cancelling once it was done because the price seemed so high. Over the next few weeks I tried 4 other fitness apps but I kept comparing them to Sweat and in the end I went back and paid for the year membership. These workouts literally made me sweat more than any other! It is well designed, easy to use and I love that meals and a community come along with it. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that i wish I could sync the steps from my Fitbit with it. My phone is often not moving when I am working out so the steps on the app are really off. With how huge Fitbit is to those of us working out I hope it is an update to the sweat app in the future.

    SO easy to use! It's embedded with thorough instruction for exercise as video and written descriptions are included within each workout set. There are various of workout options to choose from (resistance intervals, home workouts, gym workouts, stretching and recovery, yoga) - all broken down into timed circuits you can easily fit into your day - and there are tons of tailored recipes and food / water tracking options available if you want more than just a "sweat." I've truly never seen a workout app like this and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a program to follow that's challenging in the best way -- especially if you're worried about fitting a sweat into your busy schedule! Most workouts are about 30 min. but have been carefully crafted to give you amazing results. I never get tired of the workouts or feel like I'm not working out new muscles as the exercises change up week to week. Beginners have modifications available and those with a good fitness baseline in need of a challenge can jump ahead for higher intensity. Absolutely worth it!

    Impossible to cancel you will get charged and have no help as you are continuously sent bills despite canceling weeks previously. Unhelpful customer service leaves me feeling scammed

    Got an offer of 3 months for $1. Got charged but couldn’t get app activated. So frustrating I cancelled right away. I pray I don’t have further problems like these other people have of continuing to get charged.

    You can't record your workouts if you forgot the day before. And it's not easy to drag and drop.to change workouts from day to day. You have to go in and delete them and tell add them on the new day. The work outs are ok but bbg week one is super boring. It would be better if there were more variety within the circuits. Or 4 slightly different circuits instead of 2 really repetitive ones.

    I tried this app and not only does it move in between postures way to fast the form they display is out dated and dangerous! After speaking to my physical therapist, he agreed “your going to hurt yourself” and I did. When I let them know and asked for a refund they refused and charged me another month! Save your money and protect your body. It’s clear they don’t care of people hurt themselves by doing their 1980’s way of exercise.

    The app keeps crashing during the PWR program workouts. It’s really frustrating. Otherwise, I like the workouts and they’ve helped me stay on track.

    I’ve been running and lifting and lost 25 pounds in the last year, but really needed something to take me to the next level. I’ve tried blogilates piit28 (amazing) but I really wanted a weight lifting program. I was doing fitness blender and you tube workouts, but straight up- the bbg stronger program is what I’ve been searching for. My body is transforming, I’m sore for the first time in months, I’m even on my way to a pull up. Sweat is amazing. Just try it for a week, you’ll be hooked. I’m so happy I did. Those last stubborn 15 pounds are gonna fall off!

    Love the workouts and overall app! I wish all workouts that have been completed for the week showed up in the weekly activity calendar even if they were not scheduled.

    I love the BAM program! However, it just doesn't have sound to prepare you for the next move so I'm constantly checking the screen. That's the only downfall, other than that, I love it!
