    I really like this app. I do the workouts Monday Wednesday Friday and run Tuesday Thursday Saturday. Having it split into 7 minute intervals is great! I feel sore muscles every day... I love it!

    Love this app - I think it’s great for a range of ways to stay fit; however, as a woman of color it’s really disappointing to see not one woman of color featured as a trainer or even on the page’s Instagram (very few). In general, it’s nice to see people who look like you setting a good example or as something to aspire to including working out. Seeing as this app has a huge following and is already making a big difference for empowering women to (easily) prioritize their health, seems like a missed opportunity to also elevate other women beyond the white ones often featured or highlighted- makes it seem like only a certain type of woman can benefit from this although I know that’s not the intention. And from a business model, seems like a real missed opportunity for additional audiences that could be reached / have more impact in.

    Have been a runner my whole life and have been in and out of gyms for years. Could never seem to stick with a gym routine, or make myself get there to workout. This app has been amazing! I can do it from home, or anywhere, anytime! With 3 children, it's a total lifesaver! I have gained a 6 pack using the BBG program, which I haven't seen on my body since I was 13 years old and on a swim team, training hours and hours each week. Totally recommend this! Love it so much! Challenges me, and keeps me in great shape. I still run 5 days a week, but this has been a game changer and I always feel amazing after each workout mentally and physically.

    I’ve done Kayla workouts for almost 5 years now. I started out downloading both of her Bikini Body Guide eBooks and fell in love with them!! I have to say, however, this app is seriously 100% better! I love all the different types of training programs and how the workouts are set up, you don’t do the same thing over and over which really destroys those muscle fibers and doesn’t create muscle memory! And then there’s all the food suggests which is super helpful for those who have no idea what to eat to reach their goals. I have nothing bad to say about this app!

    So much variety in workout choices and easy to use. I am able to show up to the gym and pick a work out without having to think about it. Made me feel comfortable with using weights. Feels like having a personal trainer.
