The automatic workout generator is excellent, the interface is gorgeous, and certain key features like the easy substitution of one exercise for another and the ability to customize recovery percentages are truly brilliant." “Great for Beginners too! Love the Fitbod app, it has helped me so much in my workouts and development. Was stuck for years around 15% body fat and doing the same workout. After using the app for 2-3 months, went to 10% body fat and doing so many different things during the workout. Thank you so much for this app." Instagram: Twitter: Facebook: Strava: Privacy Policy: Terms of Use:

  • Amazing App

App is great! I love the programmed routines, the alternative options/variety. The overall program is like a your own personal trainer. Thanks and keep it up!
  • I like it a lot

I like this app a lot. It’s great for tracking weights and reps. I like that it will generate a workout for me but that I can also edit that workout as needed. However, I added exercises to the “Excluded exercises” but it still added to my workout. Could this be fixed please?
  • Helps streamline workouts

  • Pay

Don’t like that I felt forced to pay for your Elite upgrade in order to continue using the app. Should still be able to tune my workouts with out paying for it
  • Weight machine Preview?

    By Hawaii-dude
I love the app. The reason for 4 stars is I wish I can view the machines or work out equipment I have in “my gym” due to the fact that some machines might be called other slang terms.
  • Nice UX but bad algorithm and many issues

    By kavya11
I like this app in terms of its UI but has pretty bad exercise selection logic. Please improve it. Here are the problems I found: 1. It does sync quickly. When you edit or update exercise list it does not sync immediately with the watch app. As a result sometimes I end up seeing old list when I am in the gym. 2. Logs don’t automatically get stored from watch app to the phone. Why do I have to manually need to save it by opening the app on the phone? It also takes sometimes over 10 seconds for it to save. 3. Pretty bad exercise selection algorithm. I can’t believe I am paying $7/month for this ineffective or random algorithm. For example, if my chest muscles have already recovered for 10 days, why do you show me leg exercises? Does not makes sense since I just did legs 2 days ago!! 4. If I don’t like a particular exercise or if it’s hard for me to perform I delete it from the workout. Yet it keep showing me the next time. Why? You should learn from user preferences and not show some exercise that I already deleted 10 times from my workout.
  • Good App

I like the app but when I try to customize the workouts with different muscle groups, it continued to force other muscle groups in there I wasn’t trying to workout. Not sure if that’s just a glitch at the moment. I also am curious about the reps and the structure of some of the workouts. Tried to contact developer through app and it wouldn’t let me.
  • Many bugs found. No reply from them.

Raised the original rating “1 to 3 stars. This is a paid app but Many missing workout machines. To be clear, I meant basic ones that are missing in the “select-list”. You can’t log unless you find the exact machine from the list. If not, good luck. Contacted them for support. They got back to me 3 days later with explanations. they said they are working on it. Otherwise the concept of suggesting a workout schedule based on the algorithm of muscle recovery state makes sense to me. I also like the design of interface including body muscle diagram. Will update as it develops.
