    Raised the original rating “1 to 3 stars. This is a paid app but Many missing workout machines. To be clear, I meant basic ones that are missing in the “select-list”. You can’t log unless you find the exact machine from the list. If not, good luck. Contacted them for support. They got back to me 3 days later with explanations. they said they are working on it. Otherwise the concept of suggesting a workout schedule based on the algorithm of muscle recovery state makes sense to me. I also like the design of interface including body muscle diagram. Will update as it develops.

    My last visit to the gym was 20 years ago. I couldn’t remember all the specific exercises from my meat head days and I didn’t want to carry a notebook and pencil so I went searching for an app. Fitbod is nice because you can select your level of experience and the amount of days you’re willing to workout per week. Fitbod will even show you how to perform the exercises with actual video. I found this extremely helpful after being away from the gym for so long. I chose beginner level. The exercises have been perfect for starting over. You can add cardio to your workout too. In my opinion this app is the perfect workout app for any skill level.

    Love this app, I always hated going to the gym and not really knowing what to do to get the results I want. This app made it easy and convenient and I go into the gym with. Confidence now. I love that it gives you video and detailed instructions on every exercise that you aren’t familiar with. You can tailor your workout plan to get what you want in the amount of time you want! Wish I would’ve found this earlier. I now get excited to go workout

    This app is incredible. They clearly define your workouts start to finish and the app is super easy to use. Within a few short weeks I’ve noticed a huge change in my body by hitting the gym 4-5 days per week. They give you friendly reminders which I find motivating to get me to the gym instead of hanging out at home.

    The only reason I got this app was to find ways to lose weight. I feel like if you had 30 day programs like a weight loss or weight gain or fat burn challenge. People would really buy it.

    I’m already giving this app 5-stars and I’m not even done with my first workout! It’s basically a workout partner that knows all the new workouts that I wouldn’t have done without it! Usually when I would come to the gym I would only do the same five workouts. This app allows me to try new workouts and also in a way motivates me to finish the workout.

    This app has been amazing so far. I love how it logs your workouts and uses that to form your next workout. That being said, if you don’t want to do the workouts it suggests, you can customize them or replace them. When doing a workout again, it’ll suggest a weight but you can always customize that too. It has set me up for workouts that get me out of breath. My favorite feature is that it will ask you once you download it what equipment you have so that all the workouts it suggests for you to do will be possible. This app won’t disappoint.

    This is by far the best workout app I’ve used. Most of the other apps I’ve used have similar suggestion abilities but the fresh muscle groups help with making sure you don’t overwork and the user interface is by far the best I’ve seen. The only suggestion I have would be to add a calendar to be able to view the month and see overviews rather than having to scroll way back to see what I did a week or so ago.

    I enjoy the app. I’m down 60 lbs in 7months and down to 13% body fat in the same timeframe.—Although, I’m going to take most of the credit for that this app has helped organize my workouts in an easier way than a simple, but time consuming excel spread sheet would. My absolute pet peeve with this app is its lack of exercises. They don’t have simple exercises that nearly every gym has machines for or areas for such as a torso rotation machine, I have to log it under a different exercise. No exercise listed for walking, jogging, swimming, basketball (I’m sure this is tougher to measure). I’d also say the app lacks targeting some major muscle groups in your glutes and traps(they are considered accessory muscles on the app, yikes). Additionally, like most apps this one does not focus on which heads are being worked in your triceps, biceps, shoulders etc.There are also some “achievement” bugs, last week my achievements no longer list a chart(the info is still there luckily). Again, it’s better than most, but certainly has a long way to go, especially if they want to keep getting $ monthly to use the app.
