Exploding Kittens® App Description

New ways to play! Play with friends or strangers in online play, or play offline with friends face-to-face! Exploding Kittens, the most-funded game in Kickstarter history, is now available for iOS. Created by Elan Lee (Xbox, ARGs), Matthew Inman (The Oatmeal), and Shane Small (Xbox, Marvel). KEY FEATURES: - Exploding Kittens is a multiplayer card game for people who are into kittens and explosions and laser beams and sometimes goats. - Play with 2 to 5 players across multiple phones in the same room, or online with friends or strangers - All art illustrated by The Oatmeal - New cards exclusive to the digital version of Exploding Kittens - The digital version of the most backed game in Kickstarter history In this highly-strategic, kitty-powered version of Russian Roulette, players draw cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten, at which point they explode, they are dead, and they are out of the game -- unless that player has a Defuse card, which can defuse the Kitten using things like laser pointers, belly rubs, and catnip sandwiches. All of the other cards in the deck are used to move, mitigate, or avoid the Exploding Kittens. Exploding Kittens is a paid app in which optional game features may be purchased with real money. You must be at least 13 years old to download and play. There is also an option to compete online against strangers and resulting data transfer charges may apply. I find it fun to play but it all really comes down to how many cards you have at the end of the day ... oh and I really enjoy starting slap fights and nuking the world with a giant cat nuke

Plays like the card game, so far no complaints. Only thing when playing against computer I can only play against one. Wish there was a way to face multiple AI. Awesome game!

  • Mediocre at best

    By The Skeeter78
This is my favorite card game so by way of actual game play, I’m not too upset. I have an XS plus and much of the screen is cut off. Not sure if that’s a specific phone model issue or what. I think the tutorial can be a little more comprehensive and inclusive of game play, as well. Overall, needs work. But has great potential.
  • Bots cheat

    By TheDarkWolfMC
The game dose have a bit of luck with it but at the same time when playing vs bots your going to have a bad time, I’ve seen countless times a bot will suddenly throw down a shuffle or skip when it knows there’s a exploding card or even better self slaps when they know there defuse card that you would get. Would be nice if the bots didn’t know what there next card was
