ArbiterMobile App Reviews

  • Use website in mobile browser instead

    By JustinBlais
Can’t update blocks. Well, you can, and the app will tell you ‘block has been updated’, but it doesn’t actually change your schedule. Use the website in your mobile browser instead. Thanks for recently hitting me up for another $9 subscription for this app that doesn’t work!
  • Doesn’t show schedule

Great for entering a block but doesn’t show schedule or game information. If you select ‘schedule’ it only displays current day.
  • Requires sign in way to frequent

Seems like every five minutes you have to retype your password even after setting up your thumbprints, also would be nicer if the month view showed a more clear distinct depiction of the current days date. The ability to text all partners at once is a plus.

The app needs reworking. I have to constantly delete and reinstall the app due to my schedule not loading.

  • What Happened?

I have been using Arbiter mobile for almost a year. Finding it convenient and worth the expense. But just like another review, my calendar is suddenly gone. With the basketball season coming up and 13 games already assigned, I am so disappointed. I am now working through free online service off my computer. Games have been uploaded to my iCalendar, linked through my iCloud to my iPhone iCalendar. To note I have been able to accept games on my mobile device and then the game disappears. The is nothing on my ArbiterMobile App calendar since late last week. What the heck.
  • Waste of Money

I have used the previous version and had no problems. In fact I went to open up my mobile app and the previous version and it made me pay and download an upgrade to this one. Now the other one is working. I feel like I’ve been swindled out of $8.99. The new version I cannot even figure out how to except the games. I have to go to the calendar trying to figure out which day is it that have not been excepted and go in and except it. The one thing that is good about this is that I could text the whole crew right out of the application. This new application needs a lot of help!
  • Time saver and worth it

Three year deal for $ low cost. It’s easy to see games, to block schedule, to accept payments. I recommend it to make it easy to accept/decline games. Yes get it. Dd
  • Awful Platform/Layout

For $8.99, this is a joke. I feel like I’m being swindled out of money for it. The web browser is free and when we pay out of pocket for everything else as officials, this kind of service should remain free or a one-time (not annual) fee, to help us out with our costs to work these games, pay the state and pay our assignors. Aesthetically this looks like it was thrown together in 3 hours. No thought in maneuverability or care into user friendliness. This needs a MAJOR overhaul by someone with some design and software experience.
