Maybe 4.5 rather than 5, but well done - clean interface with only needed structure that is clean to follow and keeps relevant information in front of you. Well done so far.

My team is struggling to use 365/outlook and stay connected as we travel without overloading our inbox or using terribly outdated apps like okta (due to company security requirements). I was excited and hopeful this app would solve those issues for our most mobile users. Our needs are unmet here: - we need a team calendar to show vacation and PTO but without sending everyone an email with an invite to their personal calendar. -the calendar viewing should allow me to see the group calendar and also individual team members -calendar views should be flexible (day, week, month, etc -calendar and notebook icon keep freezing over and over and over again.

The calendar freezes, won’t load. Very frustrating. Wish my organization didn’t force us to use this.
  • Rendered useless

This app was working fine until very recently. Now, Office 365 users can no longer open the app on iOS without it freezing upon trying to access the files or calendar features. No response other than an endless progress/update wheel. On Android, the calendar populates but the files feature indicates it cannot connect to the server. Logging in and accessing the calendar using Outlook for Mac or OWA works fine. Contacted and spent hours on the phone with both host service provider and Microsoft tech support. Neither took responsibility or could resolve the issue. We previously used the app to access and share a group calendar amongst a dozen or so Enterprise Office 365 users via their mobile devices, but now it's useless and nobody can explain how or why it happened.

Calendar only loading 1 week now. It was working fine but now freezes when viewing calendar more than 1 week in the future. Deleted app and redownloaded but did not fix it.

Love the fact I can manage it all in one app. Great start! The communication stream needs a little improvement, unread posts and organization of messages.
  • Way better than Google docs
