  • Frustrating and impossible to launch app

    Like other users, my experience trying to launch this has been frustrating. I registered on the Apple Store and it could not sync my subscription because, apparently, you have to create an account with Nuance first. Or so I’m guessing now after hours of trying to figure this out. Their support and customer service is non-existent. While this might be a good product, I’ll never know. I could never find a way to fix my login problem and use the product, after at least 4 hours of trying. I’m shocked and frustrated with this company’s lack of respect for users—unbelievable since they’ve are not new to this market. Both in the app and on their website, the support is not there when things don’t go as planned. The knowledge base is useless.
  • How can I cancel? They just keep on charging me.

    I did not choose to renew.... not because I don’t like the program, but because I am not using it. I thought I was supposed to have the option to renew the monthly plan. But keep charging me a little over 16 dollars every month (14.99 plus tax). So there must be some small print somewhere that says ince nuance gets your credit card, y9u will never stop paying them. I have used every way I can think of to resolve this. When I try to log into nunce the message is that the server is out, (i think that means theirs...my wifi works well to post this message) In my apple account, there is no option to cancel (in fact, according to apple, if there is no option to cancel, that means I do not have a subscription, and there should be no charges) I have not been able to reach anyone who might help at apple or nuance...... have spend several hours already. So here is my 1 star review.

  • Took my money but won’t let me in

    I used this app for a while and it was awesome but I didn’t need the monthly any longer so i suspended the account until work picked back up Come back and I keep getting a non responsive from server message after I turned on the bank card to purchase the new month.. I have been charged and I would like either a refund or access to my account.. TECH SUPPORT HELP!!! Update: Got into my account after speaking with tech support Great app and I love it
  • Won’t work on my ipad

    would love it if this would work, but it just ignores my dictation. I have a new iPad and I don’t know if that’s an issue but when I speak it only gets the first couple words and then it won’t accept any new words. Really a shame
  • Waste of money

    I was excited to use Dragon Anywhere on my iPad Pro v. 12.9 and the dictation does not work AT ALL. This has been a known issue to the developers since March 26, 2019 and calling tech support is useless. They cannot offer a refund for my subscription (which I have not been able to use at all) and they do not know WHEN this glitch will be fixed. What a waste of my money :(

    It crashes then it won’t work!!!! Updated review: Originally have this a 1 and now I’m changing to a 3 because this app is great but glitchy! It does crash because I spoke to another user and his crashes at times too but he loves it like I do so we just bear with it. The other issue is technical support is not 24 hours and there was a lady who was a little rude but when I called initially but oh well... I will say If you can get in touch with tech support they will help you although kinda abrupt and rude... So back to the app... First I had an issue with it being frozen. So I tried to turn my phone off, turn it back on, and then go back into the app no dice. Then I tried uninstall and then reinstall and just my dumb luck I forgot my password so I tried to reset my password but it wouldn’t send me the link instead I got a message on my screen that said “Please try again we are unable to contact the server please try again later” which would not go away!!! It stayed like that for several hours. I had to wait until customer service opened up at 8am to get in touch with tech support. I hate to complain because, As I said before they helped me and I do really like the accuracy of dragon anywhere just need to iron out the kinks...
  • Worst dictation service I’ve ever used

    It literally transcribes gibberish and plucks words — incorrect ones — from different places and puts them elsewhere. I just deleted the transcription. It’s easier to listen to the interview and type it manually than try to decipher what this app constructs. Don’t waste your money or time.
  • Better sticking with Apple dictation

  • Does not work at all on my iPad Pro

    There seems to be a major bug in the iPad version. Dictation works perfectly on my iPhone but does not work at all on my iPad. I’m running the latest iOS and the latest app version. I tried reinstalling the app, I made sure the iPad microphones are working, but still nothing. Please fix this.
