    I love the audiobooks but the app needs work. The play button is tiny on phones and when you pause it instead of hitting play on the Bluetooth or radio you have to open the app to the tiny button and hope you can get it to play and not run in to a car if you are driving.

    FINALLY, it is working! Have stayed with them for just shy of a year, went through some really bumpy times, remember last Christmas break-when it went down hard, into the new year = new raised fees, and Paying for nothing!! Once the Forbes article hit, it was fun to tell support that u might write a letter to their editor. ANYWAY, it’s doing very very well.

    Crashes constantly while listening to books. Haven’t been able to even listen to a book for the last 3 days. This has been an ongoing problem.

    I’ve probably given these people $100 dollars at least .. would have gotten more if I had flushed it. I read about 3 books at 60 something dollars a month. But I guess it was really my fault.. I didn’t know for 14.95 you have a very limited number of titles to choose from. Seems every book I wanted to read was mysteriously not included at the audiobook level I had. That is premium. A classic bait and switch. That and the iTunes rip off I’ve seen referenced here just makes me want to run as fast as I can away from this app and I think you should too.

    Can you guys please update the app again it’s going on a week with no audiobooks! I’m a premium member who isn’t getting premium services.... Geez Louise. UPDATE hello they have updated the app and now I am back in thank you so much I really appreciate it!!!

    I love this app when it works and have recommended to several people. I use it for Audiobooks on my phone and the app seems to be down more and more. Todays fix still hasn’t resolved the issue with the premium audiobook service. Customer service suggests I just use playster on my computer. THAT IS NOT WHY I HAVE THE APP. Fix it please!!!!!!

    So I can’t use this on my iPhone. Called customer support to help(this is the only way I have to use Playster) they sent my issue to tech support a week ago and they haven’t gotten back with me. I called to see if they had made any progress, and the customer service rep got defensive just from me seeing if they had found a solution. They told me I could use the web browser version on my phone, but so far that hasn’t work either. Wish I had never done the 12 month contract. After three weeks it now works

    Normally, I can work with an apps ups, and downs, and be content with just rating using stars. BUT, here’s the deal. This app was fantastic a few months ago. Now? Let me tell you, now the app insists that you pay a premium for audiobooks. I wouldn’t have minded the price that I thought I was upgrading to being $14.95. I go into my audiobook list, and go to listen to one, that has been on my list for ages, and it tells me that I need to upgrade with the price being $19.95 for the remainder of this month! Next month with be $29.95! I might as well go for unlocking EVERYTHING the app has to offer at this point. I understand that the company is growing and what not, but there needs to be a line. I signed up for this app only needing to pay 8.95 a month, with access to all the audiobooks I could read. Now, I don’t know if its worth the signup. Not to mention, a few of the “premium” books, can be found on YouTube, or a local library. If it was brand new titles, and an abundance of them, I would. Otherwise, be warned. You might not be getting what you paid for.
