    The order of the stretches are really difficult to get momentum or a focus by area going. It constantly flips back and forth between different areas of the body to make you get on your feet then back on the floor repeatedly.

    I use this app for Stretching every morning to get my day started and prior working out. I am not a morning person and this app became part of my morning routine and it helps me a lot. Even though the exercises are the same because I have the free option I can get a full body stretch.

    I’ve been using the full-body stretch for 10 minutes, both before and after my cardio and lifting routines. Being able to set a time limit is huge, and the visuals and audio always keep me on track. This app never gets old!
